I'm not opposed to all globalization, but I mostly see it as a very bad thing. They've done a really good job of dressing it up as some global circle-jerk of peace, and that anyone opposed to it is an insecure, uneducated, bigoted hick, but in the end it's all about money. It is designed to make it ...

Once again, capitalists' fascination with artificially prolonging childhood beyond what the natural processes are mystifies us.

Capitalists? Aren't capitalists the ones sexualizing children to market to them, and weren't they the ones employing children before unions and labor legislation?

I'd tell him to fuck off and deal with the repercussions. I don't think anyone truly looked on any of those people as paragons of moral purity, so the repercussions would actually be next to nothing, especially after #metoo. No lost roles, no one boycotting your films/shows, nothing but people think...

It should be noted that while we do have holding centers for arrested suspects who can't make bail and those awaiting sentencing (jails in the stricter sense of the word) we do not have prisons. Dagnian jails are austere yet humane places where suspects and those awaiting sentencing are kept in rela...

I'd say "not really" if you mean they are the absolute best government type. As with all things, it depends on the situation. Federal republics make sense in ethnically/linguistically diverse, geographically large nations, or nations with a strong tradition of regional government. The US h...

I think you may have something here, but I'm not sure if any statistics back it up (yet). The same thing probably goes for professions too. People who like to make things work both as a hobby or job like engineers and mechanics are probably further right than people who prefer more open-ended things...

Our largest and only language is Dagnian, which is one of a few attempts at creating a Pan-Slavic language. It is mostly Polish and Russian and can be written in Latin, Cyrillic, and Glagolitic letters. Other languages, mostly English and Chinese are taught in schools, but all official business must...

Barszcz, kompot, sauerkraut, pierogi, carp with mushrooms, golabki, mushroom soup, kutia, gingerbread, and poppy seed cake. We used to have all of these things on Christmas Eve, but now we do some of these on Christmas day, unless there's a big family gathering.

I don't particularly care for it. It looks okay on some flags, but even on flags it looks good on, I'd rather just see it totally unaltered. How do you even apply this effect? Go to your Settings, then "Create a national flag", reupload your flag and tick the "Add ripple effect".

Yes, I think it needs to be taught, but with a few changes to how we currently do it. It should be treated as slightly more of an art than a valuable life skill as my...

Having a job and a place is not an option, it's an obligation. Unemployment, even if you have more than enough money to get you through to your next job, is shameful.
