Look at it this way...its like a flower. The market is a flower. If you leave the flower alone and dont give it water (programs and help to make the market better) then it dies...you all ARE KILLING enterprise and freedom by allowing it to destroy itself... And we would rather the flower die from n...

Workers are paid to work...and they can buy shares in a company, but they still have very limited power and definately do not have a participatory relationship... They do if they own shares in the company. And so what if they don't? If they want to be in control, they can start their own business. ...

I appreciate the constructive critisism provided and I've made some changes, most notably that I've made WEAC's services voluntary and provided upon request from a nation, so nations with an existing education program that they are comfortable with would not have to use WEAC's services. If it is vo...

It is because it will increase productivity and promote growth. It will also help relieve the tensions of workers, their managers, and executives...do u think it's fine to submit and by the way I know this is a stupid question, but how do u submit a proposal after your done with your draft?....

I plan to give shareholders the rights to decisions made in compaines...yes, I guess you could say Im giving ownership to them... Shareholders already have a say. YOU want to give the workers the same say without any financial stock in the company. And I ask you: How is that a good thing? I address...

Also, by giving a free say to the workers on the same level of shareholders effectively weakens the shareholder's ownership, devaluing the shares and massively hurting the business.

Of course they get a say, but Im not handing this over to the public...workers and shareholders are a part of the business...they arent the "public". They might as well be in big businesses. Large corporations with tens of thousands of jobs? And you didn't address my point about ownership.

Also, are you planning on making every shareholder have a "One vote, One person" policy and completely abolish the basic tenants of shareholding?

Yes I did clarify...i said if their proposals violated market principles of supply and demand, bankrupted the business, or violated the rights of fellow workers and employees that those could be vetoed. The chain of command is not gone, it is being made fair and just by this proposal... How is it f...

This is not unsustainable either... workers should be able to direct production alongside their "managers". This system worked well in Venezuela and other parts of South America, plus it worked in Anarchist Spain in the 1930s...this is definately not stupid or unsustainable...quite the re...

There is nothing "xenophobic" about insisting that people actually follow a nations laws. It is no different than requiring people to follow traffic laws, or laws against thievery, or any other laws. "Illegal" is "illegal", and we are at a loss as to which part of that...

Given that stockholders have invested money, and that holding a job is not the same as investing in a company, I would not assume that they have the same rights to the company as the owners do, given they have not invested in it. I believe that makes a huge difference. Especially considering Unioni...

Mod ruling: Unless they explicitly say so, resolutions do not cover illegal immigrants. I don't know where that ruling is, but Unibot consciously used 'citizen' when writing A Promotion of Basic Education in order to exclude non-citizen immigrants from having a right to education. I think he meant that any weapon that discharges would he considered a gun. Haha yes. My apologises. Should be stated "[...]that discharges is a gun". It's interesting, but I'm not sure if it would work. I guess that a cannon would 'discharge' but we wouldn't want those on a plane either....

Basically the WEAC gets to come into our nations and teach what they damn well please? I can imagine this has some issues, especially in nations that restrict information. Turning the WEAC into an advisory committee instead would probably improve the resolution a bit. Otherwise, its honestly a micro...

However, the format could use a little cleaning up. You should probably define the veto rights a bit better, as well. They are vague. In my nation, CEOs would just come up with a roundabout method for vetoing every decision that came up.

My main concern is do you think this act will actually stand up and is legal...i mean i know you dont like it (capitalist swine... :p just kidding). Oh. Well, why should they have the right to education if they're illegal? I certainly hope that is the only instance where the right to education is not guaranteed.

Education equality? I don't see anything about equality, here. For a second, I thought somebody was going to close the hole left from that horrible education resolution and actually repair the latent xenophobia by granting the right to education to all persons. That isn't covered already?? Why not?!?
