It’s slowing down here in Singapore. Obviously there are still clusters and cases that need to be cleared, but it’s generally way more calmer than a few months ago.

Isn't it usually sold at Chinese and Vietnamese groceries during those seasons? It's how I remember what season I'm in :P Never liked it, but to each their own. I'm more of a berries, apples, grapes, nuts, and pumpkin person. Pumpkin also includes kabocha Durian... yummy I personally like the smell...

Do you have a favorite flavor?

If I had to pick I’d lean towards strawberry

Any fruit flavoured other than durians.

It’s something of a big seasonal/festival based thing in Hong Kong.

I’m not the biggest fan but lots of people like. Many moon cakes have eggs on the crust.

September-October is big on moon cakes

Most of us wouldn't be alive because our ancestors would have died from easily preventable or curable diseases that tend to kill much. Smallpox for example. Barring that, we'd still be sailing our sailboats or driving wagons to any destination too far to walk to. And that's assuming we had that rig...

I liked it.

As for the backstory, I'd imagine the protagonist and the girl he was fighting was part of a clan who was invaded by the Romans, hence him being a gladiator. In this society, adult men who were fit and were conquered by the Romans were automatically qualified as gladiators, although I'm not sure ab...
