The greater revanchist idea is for a pan-Arab state that would include the greater Levant, but it's just an idea that's popular with the militarist faction of the court, and there are greater problems facing the Caliphate right now. Of course, and it's not like on the other hand, the Romans want to...

Retaking the concession is a goal, but Arabia can't do it alone without some major backing and build-up of both military and economy. You know, on second thoughts, maybe I do want that defensive pact with Rome after all... I'll be sure to bring this up at the next regular session of the Second Cham...

Still here, and still looking for allies against the Nordic influence in the Persian Gulf. I do want to get involved in the region, hence the naval buildup in Orkoe (Uruk), though I'm not sure how or even on which side. What is the situation like there, you're preparing to retake the Nordic Concess...

Probably some kind of Consensus Democracy, I'm still figuring out exactly what I want to do culturally with the Clan, but the original idea for them was something like an old Dixie family but set in the Stone Age. I like it. Magic based on faith and location? Magic would probably be seen as a bless...

Fergdun Clan, People of the Cotton-Beaver River and Ruby Hills Year Four The Clan had been experiencing great bountys since their move four years ago. Meat and vegetables were plentiful, thanks to the tribe's work on both the farm and in the hunt. This bounty inspired Maer, still sour after her ina...

If you are still interested, please TG me a tribe name, one chosen starting resource, and a rough description of the lands your tribe lives in. ...

The Fergdun Clan, Folk of the Cotton-Beaver River and Ruby Hills Year Three The birth of Jean, the new boy of the tribe, was the cause of much celebration. The beaverskin cradle he was kept in was adorned with both rubies gathered from the hills and whitedrop flowers, both for aesthetic beauty, and...

Fergdun Clan, the Folk of the Cotton-Beaver River and Ruby Hills Year Two With their stomachs and larder full, the Fergdun begin to think beyond the present and immediate future. It certainly isn't right now- that's why it is called edible grass, not quinoa :P

Ah, that's the catch. It'll still probably find it's way into the pemmican, if only to give it some fiber.

So, are these edible grasses near me closer to proto-corn or old world grains? I'd like to know, it'd make deciding my next move easier. Far more the former than the latter, through really more quinoa-esque than either. Great, if it's anything similar nutrient-wise to quinoa, it'll make perfect add...

Fergdun Clan, the Folk of the Cotton-Beaver River and Ruby Hills Jeth, strongest of the clan and always alert, awoke at first dawn, and departed the Clan's communal dwelling to take in the lands that they would be settling - for now at least. Should I retcon where I sent one the Caliph's sons? Because I'd like to have that whole competing European Influence plot started, but it seems that France is a now-show right now. 'Bout to start composing my first post. Who here is also not a fan of Scandinavia in the Persian Gulf?

Edit: Also, I'm assuming the Gulf provinces of Scandinavia aren't ruled directly from Stockholm, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
