Lucifer had done a lot in the strange place that was Primordial Luxa. He had even been almost assassinated. All the excitement was too much for him, however, and he felt it was time to go home. "Dalek, assemble all Daleks." The Dalek made an odd beeping nose and a large amount of Daleks began to drop down from the sky. "Dalek, hollow out." The Dalek's shell opened up and Lucifer climbed inside. It closed again and every single Dalek flew back into the air and back to Fraire. It was quite a sight to see, especially because the Daleks' flying formation spelled out an obscene word.

Monfrox wrote:"Fetishize? Please, you wound me. It's just merely my specialty. As for ammo types, well...they're good, but fleeting. I was wondering about a more...permanent...modification." Volkova said as she studied the cartridge. "Something to make it complement my Winter's Chill, don't you think?" She pulled her saber out a little to show the man the blade. Some intricate design was inscribed on the blade, and it looked a bit more of a blue than the blade's silvery finish. "After all, once the ammunition is used up, you can't get it back. And we don't have the ability to make that kind of ammunition in my country."

The man didnt react to his misinterpirtation of his word, it was common for Luxans to use phrases like fetish in more than simply a sexual meaning. Their culture stressed the subtle uses of vocabulary which lead them to use words in various measures that might seem strange to those accustomed only the most common uses of those words. Unfortunately we don't have anything like that" he said "These are merely our personal collection and as such we couldn't let you keep any. However I assure you these rounds can be purchased at any Luxan armory if you wish. Dimensionally transcendent ammunition is very prolific in the Empire." He began walking over towards the center of the room resting his hands on a large device of wet metal tubes connected to a large bulbous object at its center. The tubes connected to other strange crystals and cubes before winding outwards in single direction giving a slight resembles of a metallic bagpipe. However as Volkova looked at it she noticed it seemed to be heaving in a non-rhythmic organic fashion. "This may also interest you, a Yuggothian Mist gun."

Fraire wrote:"No thanks. I'm good." The Dalek spun its head around 360 degrees. "EN-JOY-MENT AR-E-A WITH-IN WALK-ING DIS-TANCE, MA-STER LU-CI-FER." "Great, Dalek." "I HAVE A NAME YOU KNOW." "No you don't. Now let's go." Lucifer began to walk away.

The commander merely shrugged as the two left for other areas of the city. What ever Lucifer was interested in enjoying the city would lead him too and the walk ways acted strange and the angles lead him.

Pilkington agreed as his entourage led him back. He took the opportunity to further examine the plate, wondering how it was supposed to work. It was too late to ask now, and asking was a sign of weakness. He would solve this like so many other problems, by throwing money at scientists and applying the brute force of the military.

The Velociraptor would find that the plate was covered strange runes that appeared to look like the foot prints of insects arranged in a vaguely familiar manner. “I see” the commander said “Well is their anything else I can do for you I’m sure that this has all been very upsetting and our government sincerely apologizing” He was unsure if he should keep an eye on Lucifer in case future attempts on his lives were made. Monfrox wrote:"I see...what kind of...firearms do you have?" General Volkova asked, leaning out to see the twins. "Krista, Klara, you may rejoin the Princess in the stands." She said, causing them to both glance to each other before nodding and heading off to re-find the General's new acquaintance. As they left, Volkova turned her full attention to the arsenal. "What a magnificent selection, I must say."

Meanwhile, Krista and Klara arrived outside and looked forward into the stands.
"Look for the big black blob."
"Which blob."
"The one that turned into you."
"There are surely more than just one here."
"I see what you mean."
"And I don't see where they are."
"Better hurry up."
"Yes, I too am getting nervous standing here."

"Thank you my esteemed" the furred man says "In terms of fire arms? We have lovely creations from the Serpent People, the Shan, the Elder Race and the Great Race." he gestures to a irregular mass of iridescent metal, A tiny knot of contorted tubes with a single row of buttons, a crystalline mass of cubes and an enormous fork of three elongated tetrahedrons inscribed with indecipherable markings. "However if your interested in our nations more traditional weapons than any of these weapons along the walls would be to your taste." He pulls down a strange looking rifle that is covered in ridges, segmented plates and cancerous growths "These function similar to your own weapons but the ammunition is where things become unfamiliar."

After a while the twins would find a way back to the Princess's booth and were greeted with a slow clap by the representatives as they entered.

She stood there, with the knife barely a few inches away from her body. She started laughing before looking to the man. "Oh come on, don't be like that. I only just got this uniform repaired a few days ago!" She cackled before putting her foot on his torso to force them to separate and springing away to get some distance. "Why don't you try to aim a little higher next time?" She taunted.

The man simply reached out and grabbed her leg as she leap away, a small piece of metal extend from his wrist and sliced her leg almost grazing her tendons. He did it fluidly and casually it was obvious several people had already tried the move Krista just had and he was more than used to it. He threw her into the ground with a solid smash before lunging at her again aiming the blade in his right hand at her throat and the one in his left wrist at her waist. His face was mask of animalistic pleasure like that of a wolf gnawing on bone or or a grub burrowing through cold flesh.

"Trust us sir. It would take more than a god to stop what were sending after him."

-----Lucifers Room-----

A pair of Immortals in their own suits of personally customized armor and each carrying and rifle of some strange alien design stopped outside of the ambassadors room. One of them place a small black cylinder on the ground near the seam of the door and partially unscrewed it. The other aimed at the door with his weapon while the first began chanting silently in a strange language that lacked any vowels or consonants. As he did so a slimy black substance that was similar to tar began oozing out of the cylinder and flowing into the ambassadors room leaving behind a trail of acid eaten carpet.

Urran wrote:"My sympathies." The man bowed. "I am not certain what that must be like. The tax rate in Urran is an even ten percent for all, rich and poor. We have a deep respect for the environment in our culture, so other than placing laws on industry and enforcing hunting and fishing regulations, our government doesn't really have any environmèmtal protection programs. Urrans zoos take that responsibility on themselves." He paused. "Now that I think about it, nearly half of our government spending is defense. That, and public transport."

The geisha on stage had been replaced with another set of drummers that were beginning to plau an old samurai war song.

The Luxans seemed slightly apathetic obviously they had much less respect for the environment. To them anything that could die or grow weak deserved to, and that applied to the planets and stars themselves. Luxans actually enjoyed grey wastelands and radioactive pits for purely aesthetic reasons. "What can you tell us about this piece?" the man asked pointing to the new performance.

Monfrox wrote:This grenadier was starting to get on her last nerves. Not only did he take Klara out, but she generally hated getting filled with shrapnel. It was a painstaking process to cut and dig around to find every little piece of metal that entered her. So much so, that she eventually stopped caring and let it sit in herself. She didn't waste time, and sprang towards the last man going into a dead sprint. Her pistol was empty, and she wasn't patient enough to reload it right now, let alone take her rifle off and load another two clips into it. She put her sidearm back into her holster and drew her dagger as she rushed towards her target. Her eyes fixated entirely on reading him as her dagger faintly glowed a dark red that matched her eyes. She gave a battle cry in a multiplexed voice that sounded like she was shouting in several different tones and octaves at the same time. This also revealed a second set of razor sharp teeth in her maw behind the first row.

The man smiled with his entire body as she moved towards him. He slung his weapon across his back and drew a large wicked looking blade that was nearly as long as Krista's arm. It was obvious well used from its rancid condition and it was covered in brown chemical blood stains. It was hard for Krista to stay focused on him as his skin seemed to move and flow like a rippling sea and it radiated a strange wrongness about him. As she lunged at him he effortlessly stepped passed he blade and reach out to seize her knife arm while pulling back his blade for a powerful trust through her chest.

But, if a student maintains a high enough GPA and a high ACT score, the government will pay for college tuition. If they did really well, books and housing may also be covered. She then quickly scaled up the rock and jumped off the top, firing a hail of rounds down him.

As she jumped she could see the two other men were stilling shoot at the base of the pillar and the man with the shotgun didnt even notice as one of Kristas rounds punctured his forehead. Suddenly, his face went pale and Lucifer stopped what he was doing. He looked down at the two Daleks next to him and his jaw dropped.

Lucifer found himself in a square where a large group of Luxans of various different sizes and shapes were talking as well a variety of small shops and stores. The square was dominated by a large statue that was between seven and eight meters in height, and of exquisitely artistic workmanship. It represented a monster of vaguely anthropoid outline, but with an octopus-like head whose face was a mass of feelers, a scaly, rubbery-looking body, prodigious claws on hind and fore feet, and long, narrow wings behind. This thing, which seemed instinct with a fearsome and unnatural malignancy, was of a somewhat bloated corpulence, and squatted evilly on a rectangular block or pedestal covered with undecipherable characters. The tips of the wings touched the back edge of the block, the seat occupied the centre, whilst the long, curved claws of the doubled-up, crouching hind legs gripped the front edge and extended a quarter of the way clown toward the bottom of the pedestal. The cephalopod head was bent forward, so that the ends of the facial feelers brushed the backs of huge fore paws which clasped the croucher's elevated knees. The aspect of the whole was abnormally life-like, and the more subtly fearful because its source was so totally unknown. Its vast, awesome, and incalculable age was unmistakable; yet not one link did it shew with any known type of art belonging to civilisation's youth - or indeed to any other time. Totally separate and apart, its very material was a mystery; for the soapy, greenish-black stone with its golden or iridescent flecks and striations resembled nothing familiar to geology or mineralogy. The characters along the base were equally baffling they, like the subject and material, belonged to something horribly remote and distinct from mankind as we know it. something frightfully suggestive of old and unhallowed cycles of life in which our world and our conceptions have no part.

Urran wrote:"That would be an attack submarine." The woman said, offering them all a rice ball stuffed with salmon. "Urran takes pride in ship building and our government makes money by selling certain military weapons. This is an export model submarine that we sell to nations who want a large attack vessel, but cannot afford a nuclear boat. It's diesel powered, has an air independent propulsion system, so it's just as quiet as a nuclear submarine, and can deploy torpedoes, anti ship missiles, and mines. We were hoping that some other nations might be interested in in. But, as you can see." she gestured back to the performance. "We mainly just wanted to share our culture with the world."

The Luxans nodded and help themselves to the additional food. "Well this is a very diverse display you have set up here. Was this solely orchestrated by your government or did you have organization pitch in?"

Lucifer Jones, as strange as these foods all seemed, ate them all and enjoyed them, except for the spirit wasps pasta, which he had a bit of trouble eating. The salad was great. The multivore kabob may have been the best kabob he had ever tasted. The meat was especially juicy. And Lucifer Jones ha da bit of trouble eating the first bite, knowing even before the waiter had told him that it would probably be an inquisitor who had probably been boiled to death like a lobster. But once he took one bite, he couldn't stop. After he finished, Lucifer Jones tried a few more strange pills. Because taking strange-colored pills from strange strangers in strange places is a great idea. He took a green one, and then a blue one, finishing off with some red and orange ones. "Perhaps I should try some of that weird powder." He took his straw from his cup and tried to suck up all of the orange powder. Lucifer washed it down with a yellow shot glass.

Quite some interesting folk and their discussion as well, he wondered if there was a way to get involved in said conflict at a later. For now he watched silently back to let them finish their talk so he wouldn't be invasive.

Slowly the conversation ended with the Priests and General repeating the same idea to the nobles who seemed to be worried about WA intervention or the formation of a counter coalition. The Generals point seemed to be that the war between Russia and China was drawing enough attention that they could take pretty much anything they wanted. The Priests just talked about divine will, power and unspeakable horror. Eventually the conversation began to die down as a group of boys and girls entered with narcotics and flesh to provide some very decadent entertainment. About this time the Thing leaves to room through a pair of large red curtains that lead the to booth which Prince Edmunds and Princess Kallisto are sitting in.

"That will be all."

The New Velociraptor Empire wrote:"We'll have a Yard Burger, a Grox Steak, a Cow Steak, a Gorilla Steak, Mega Dweller with chowder, Mental Stalkers without assorted vegetables, Fleshcrisps, and Void boiled inquisitor, whatever that is. That should cover myself and my underlings." Pilkington ordered and took a shot and pill of everything green in color, he decided the powders were best to season the food when it came. The guards said nothing as they were on duty, and it was best not to be impaired on such an important assignment. Fall agreed that an assortment of meaty sounding foods was a good choice, they would most likely devour everything ordered anyways with their voracious appetite. The sinful undertones of the place didn't register as so, but as rather quite pleasant. It was the sudden peacefulness in a chaotic world that put them on edge.

The waiter returns a few minutes later with the food. The Yard Burger is a very large piece of rotten human flesh bristling with maggots between a pair of buns and decorated with a variety of condiments. The Cow steak is fairly normal while the Gorilla tastes very similar to buffalo or bison. The Grox is a strange mix of things and it has the texture of chicken but the taste of steak and is covered in reptile like bird quills. The Mega Dweller truly is large and the piece is easily the equivalent of a 50oz steak, the chowder is very good and the whole thing tastes like halibut or maybe a very tender salmon. The Mental Stalkers are a set of about thirty eye stalks each about the size of a piece of asparagus, the eyes on top still move and look at the the Raptors, they taste like very dense orange flavored jello. The Flesh crisps are composed of a pile of deep fired pieces of skin from nearly five dozen species, they vary in taste but eating them from the top down is an delightful experience. The salad is very traditional but has a few interesting spices on it while the Spirit wasps pasta is much like a shrimp paste just with a slightly tangy taste. The Multivore cabob is a long stick with assorted vegetables on it and large chunks of meat that last like a mixture of cow and swordfish.

The Void Boiled Inquisitor the waiter explains was a member of the Imperium Inquisition who was forced out of air lock before being cooked and served. He tastes wonderful.

Quite easy with time machines and teleportation, too bad we only brought one and left it behind." Pilkington said and checked his field telephone that looked outdated. It was easier to use bulky analog controls with their sharp claws than delicate touchscreens. Instead of smaller, faster, and streamlined, Raptor tech was large, powerful, and overly complicated. "Hello Shodan, check the schedules, Where was I supposed to go... and where is the food around here... wait nevermind there is a small restaurant right behind me. Just send Fall the schedule... and a map, wait a map would be useless here just a general direction from my current position." Pilkington said and hung up. "So, would you care to join me in sampling the food of the peasants here? You can always tell how good a place is by the peasant food." He stated, while offering an invitation.

"That sounds good." The Dalek was still standing there. "If you are hungry, Master Jones, there is a restaurant several feet behind you," it said. "I know, Dalek." The Dalek stood silent.
