I’m going to be away from NS until the end of July. I only post this so no one thinks this draft has been abandoned

Want me to quote a bunch of NSDAP sayings that have eluded you? What about the bible, I love it's sayings. Let's start with Leviticus 18:22, or has that eluded you too? Are you bringing homophobia into this argument just to be a jerk? It seems like this more an easy gotcha than actually resp...

I did not submit this, as issues were raised. The net effect of section 1 and 2 would appear to be that a total amount of all these pollutants is set, and a nation could then have any mix of individual pollutants such that the combined total does not exceed the limit. I doubt that this is your aim. ...

I meant to post this around last minor, but I forgot, so oh well. I'm planning to submit this after next minor, as I feel I've adequately responded to all complaints and recommendations made. The general lack of feedback on this is something I'm taking as a sign there's nothing in this that's contro...

Team Leo wrote:Oh yeah you seem like you are capable of writing a SC proposal. I wanna see YOU make YOUR own proposal and lets see how it is

Why do you feel a need to defend this proposal? It's poorly written, and BBD has been around for a long time and has every bit of credibility required to critique.

Based off the advice from Araraukar, I've seriously revised this. Overall, the following changes have been made to the proposal: ⋅ changed from amounts to emissions ⋅ made always case by case ⋅ trimmed and rewrote preamble ⋅ changed from non-member states to n...

OOC: I think it would probably be better practice for you to spell out the acronyms here in the active clauses - relying on the preamble for that might not be the best. § 2. Instates Outdoor Atmosphere Health Standards (OAHS) for the listed pollutants, to be defined and updated by ACE, which will m...

I'm taking the general lack of response as a sign that this is completely perfect and uncontroversial, and needs no further editing :p
Seriously though, I will likely submit this in a week since no one seems to have much to say about it, unless something changes.

OOC: GA #445, Greenhouse Gas Cap And Trade Program might be relevant. While that proposals intention is also to do with the environment, its goal is completely different. It seeks to prevent climate change, where as this proposals purpose is to protect the health and well-being of citizens and wild...

This could be its own clause. Thanks for the advice, I decided to combine this with clause 4. Sounds like a ETS problem and an ETS solution. I didn't know what this is, and for any else who didn't, here's some info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emissions_trading . This seemed like something worth ...

I was just thinking of drafting up a repeal, so you can be sure to have my support as long as you polish this up. :) You've addressed a lot of good points here, but I think your description of the problem with the definition of animals is, in my opinion, wrong. I'm not worried about it not addressin...

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to this, unfortunately RL stuff intervened and I was unable to work on it. I've put up a new draft, in which I've broken up clauses 2 and 4 to make them more clear and attempted to allow for non-earthlike environments within the legislation. I had to cut out clau...

OOC: Giving committees unlimited powers to make decisions that member nations must then follow, is never a good idea. How would you recommend placing limits on its ability? Also, were you aware of GA #301,Ban on Leaded Fuel, GA #357, Promotion of Clean Energy and GA #371, Toxic Heavy Metals Act? I ...

You probably should find something else to condemn about them. Issues writing alone hasn’t commended/condemned anyone. What other despicable deeds have they done? I liked the Regionless one before. I wholeheartedly disagree. For starters, issues writing has been the sole reason for C/Cs in the past...

I think aussie's pretty deserving, and I love condemning for issues writing, but I think this draft could use some work. For starters, you should definitely provide more details and evidence about their issues authoring. I'm also not at all convinced that being reclusive is condemnable. Additionally...

Please explain the points made in your proposal and C'n'P your latest draft into the OP. I can't see anything different about Vlarissia here that doesn't apply to a run-of-the-mill dictatorship. Read VlaRiSsiA 's dispatches. They say it all. if there is reasoning for this, it should be in the propo...
