So I ran into this little issue with the top bar while on the Region page trying to post to the RMB using my iPad and Chrome. If you scroll on the page and tap the text box to bring up the on screen keyboard, the top bar will obscure the text box and stick there until the keyboard is cleared from th...

"I have no objections and see no reason not to move forward with the Taraskovyans." Asami raised her right hand a bit for everyone to see and made a thumbs-up gesture. "We all benefit from their inclusion in the alliance... well, most of us anyways."

Meeting Asami traced the lines on the diagram with her finger as she looked it over, trying to make sense of it all while she listened to the comments and concerns raised by the other representatives. Somewhat complex was a pretty accurate description of the thing. She filed the diagram away for fu...

Sunset Asami looked over the selection of drinks at the table, trying to decide what to start off with. With such a wide selection it was tough to choose. Part of her wanted to be brave and try something that she had never heard of before. The other part wanted to go with something familiar. In the...

"Supreme Emperor, it is a pleasure to meet you and thank you for hosting us." Asami clasped her hands in her lap and bowed before the Supreme Emperor in greeting. She then turned to the other representatives nearby, bowing before them as well. "A pleasure to meet you all, too." s...

Port Aurora, Titan The trip from Earth to Titan was quiet and uneventful, just the way Foreign Affairs secretary Asami Tsukada liked it to be. It had given her plenty of time to catch up on reading the reports the Self-Defense Force's intelligence service put together on the Taraskovyans without in...

I don't really care whose puppet Sneaky Bastards is. I do care about the ridiculousness of writing off a whole bunch of people saying "this policy is terrible" as "you're all just conspiring against the mods!" I'm really tired of that being the go-to argument every time a whole ...

I wish I was. I want a cult that worships my ass. :/ Not acting like an ass might be beneficial to your want. Can't help myself. I'm an asshole. Acting like an ass is I what I do best. It's also not the first time Reploid Productions posts with a puppet mocking users in moderation-related threads. ...

Correction: One is a fantasy that the a fringe group of disgruntled users thinks how the system should work, the other is a perfectly reasonable use of mod powers. You guys can drop the faux outrage over the mods looking through the TGs. Its no different than getting a background check in real life...

 "just now" ? That's hardly the first time that it's been mentioned in this forum. How do you think they could moderate complaints about offensive TGs if they didn't have this ability? There is a world of difference between a process in which a player reports receiving abusive TGs, ...

A shadow crew made up of who? How are they chosen? What are their qualifications? How do we know they're going to moderate according to the rules laid out by Max and not carry out their own little agenda or that of their friends? I'd love a democratic mod team, but Max hates democracy and has made ...

Question: If we went with your suggestion and replaced the entire mod team, who would be mods in the interim? How would actual moderation of the forums be dealt with? We organize a shadow crew now, keeping it up to date as people come and go, so that we have a slate ready to go in immediately once ...

Some people don't like a massive image plastered over their screen so that they can't see anything else, nor does the forum. Big pictures are more of a drag to load than smaller ones. This as well. There was a discussion on that particular subject some time ago. It's worth a read over. http://forum...

No. Personally, I like the fact that I can come to these forums and be able to read the content of them without having the server be bogged down trying to load pictures that, in most cases, add nothing of value to a discussion or role-play, other than "Ooooooh, pretty pictures!!!". THAT is...

This isn't broken at all? A post full of giant images that could have had the SAME effect in a smaller format isn't a problem?

Usually half the time I'm bored as hell and responding to something like "What is your nation's main tank?" or "What is the fanciest hotel in your nation?" so I hit google images to try and find something that looks fairly original and might be believable in the RP context, and ...

I more or less agree with all the sentiments expressed in the OP of this thread, however I do not believe that pictures actually have a place in a text based-RP. If for some reason one feels a picture is necessary in RP I believe that it would be optimal for them to link to the image as opposed to ...

I'm all for BOTH a rule of thumb for more text/content than images AND an image size limit of some sort. As stated by Nathi, use of these large letterheads and other assorted images are growing in popularity among the players and more and more people seem to be following suit since there really is n...

Mobile Site Issues Page Problem

The issues page on the mobile site needs to be tweaked a bit. When I opened up that page to do my issues I was presented with what I thought was a blank page, which made me think the page didn't load completely at first. All it happens to be however is a giant blank space between the mobile site's g...

I've have the exact same problem on my Blackberry using Opera (6.5.27025) AND on my iPod Touch using Safari. All the RMB messages are compressed to the left side and every message appears as one single column down the page.
