So not exactly a duplication violation, just enough overlap that the effects of this resolution are minuscule. OOC: I would hardly call protecting workers from retaliation for taking legal action "minuscule." I would hardly call protecting workers from being coerced into signing away thei...

How is this not purely duplication? Down to sharing a lot of the same language, this proposal just does what Fair Arbitration Act does, but less of it. Nothing in this is not covered by the existing ban on forced arbitration agreements for employment disputes. OOC: Are you certain about that? This ...

I have to say, this thread was entertaining in the begining. Anyway. The only way to save socialism is if compromises are made. A mixed marked economy for example is such a compromise, where healthcare, education, and welfare are seen as a right, while capitalism and businesses can thrive through s...

Forget about the loopholes for a moment. It is absurd that people think journalists are entitled to subvert my war efforts with their bolshevik propaganda. I should be more than allowed to hang these dissenters on the spot, for the sake of Shankaslovkia's stability. Our excellent state media is mor...

I'm not a Republican nor am I a Trump supporter, but the WA has always struck me as very left-wing, so this is not surprising. Funny given how the Left Wing TM considers the WA right-wing on some issues. I know it's a few years ago, but I once argued that the GA tried to ban Marxism as an ideology ...

Never said they did. And again, I am not a fan of anyone doxing anyone. While I'm glad the NYT didn't, the fact that it was on the table is bad enough.

There's no reason to believe it was on the table, either. Carlson just said it happened with no evidence.
