Yeesssss..... I knew that, but still That steel sledgehammer does a LOT of damage for in the beginning- 16. Too bad it broke, though. Currently using clubs for weapons cause why not. Also I pulled off shooting while walking backwards. Bunch of Stals and Bokolobins teamed up on me, of course, I ran ...

Question is, does that include the marketing budget or JUST the dev budget? FF7 had a MASSIVE marketing campaign, I remember commercials and stuff everywhere on TV around the time it first came out. If that $145mil includes the marketing costs as well, that's not as surprising a total figure. It in...

XV2, hands down. Vastly improves on stuff from XV1, more options, more characters, and so on. Better AI, better combat system, and way less bullshit fake difficulty compared to XV1 as well. (Those two !$^# DLC Expert Missions notwithstanding, anyway.)

Oh good gods, Black in XV2 sounds like Batman throat cancer. Waaaay too fucking gutteral and raspy. I mean, still sounds creepy, but ... eh. I really hope they dial it back some for the actual dub where they can spend the time to properly direct the voicework. I'm sure the voicework for XV2 was prob...

I ended up doing a bit more research on game development cost. Turns out Destiny was incredibly expensive. Not sure if it can be called a success because sure it was popular, but now they have to make a sequel after only a few years. Not good for an MMO. Also Final Fantasy 7 was apparently really e...

Just wait until you meet their lava or icy cousins. :P Or a Lynel. Seriously. Fuck Lynels. But goddamn do they drop good loot. Savage Lynel bow <3 <3 <3 <3 I actually didn't have too much of a problem with the Ice Talus, or the Stone variety. I didn't encounter a Lava one while I was in Eldin. I ca...

So Star Citizen is raising another Kickstarter after already having made over 140 million. This game is going to break the internet when it inevitably can't live up to the hype on top of some of its most dedicated fans having already spent thousands of dollars on it. Are you shitting me? Biggest go...

If you share your email: Kosher. If you share somebody else's email: Not kosher. Surely must be brought up though that sharing your email on the forums is a bad idea, 18 months or so ago now somebody dragged up every bit of personal info I'd ever shared on the forum and started blackmailing me with...

We do not allow the sharing of phone numbers in the forum, nor email addresses. Additional question for this one: I've noticed many people have their email addresses in their siggies with something like "The email is real, try it!" attached. I know they're generally addresses said people ...

I think we're getting off subject here. I was questioning why people wanna buy video game soundtracks. I don't think I've played a game with music I'd consider so good that it's worth owning. Meanwhile I have. Many actually. Though some I haven't even actually played the games of yet. There are sev...

No, we don't. Especially since we've got a woefully underdeveloped opening post to boot. iLock.

They can be collectors items.

They can show hidden or secret areas in games, give better strategies, or have commentary from the game's creators.

Plus things like concept artwork and other behind-the-scenes type stuff.

Seconding this. Although the ending of the arc is fairly weak in my opinion, the storyline itself is overall pretty good, and the action sequences are damn solid. The ending of the Future Trunks Saga is probably the most disappointing thing about Super. Yeah. I mean, in all fairness they did kinda ...

So I finally got around to The Lost Woods. I think I figured it out kind of easily, unless I just got super lucky on my third try. Didn't have enough hearts to pull out the Master Sword, but I did finish the trials. The only one that gave me trouble was the Test of Wood. Ah jeez, that name was ...

Not quite as good as 86, but I still really enjoyed it. 17 was badass throughout, and his conversation with the space poachers' boss where he offhandedly refers to Goku as "a temp" cracked me up. As did the callback to the Cell Games with Goku yoinking Mr. "I'MMA BLOW MYSELF ...
