[Bug] Regional Officer Time-Based Delays

Good evening! I have run into a bug with regional officership that occurs with Poll and Communications powers. I am going to describe how it affects Poll; I do not currently have Communications so cannot test that one but I recall being affected by it before and have been told others have also exper...

Spam post, deliberately annoyingly written, inserted during a serious discussion, completely off topic, appears to be trolling for attention. I can't even.

I'm not sure how it helps the situation to get TNP and Balder involved. Regardless, neither region is authorized to have troops in TSP piling on the Delegate. Such authorization must come from the CSS, which it has not. Not even our treaties authorize this. Both treaties only allow foreign troops t...

On behalf of TNP: Thank you. We appreciate the time you have taken to address past grievances, and the rather singular nature of this moment, and we look forward to a better future.

These new ranks will be great! We get so many questions from new nations about when their influence rank will go up, and we've had to keep saying "never". Now we can actually give good news! :)

I think it would be very cool to have tangible consequences of Commends and Condemns - perhaps nations gain influence faster/slower, while delegates of commended regions get 1.5x the WA vote, and delegates of condemned could get only .5x. 'Twould be fun! Of course, it could also lead to an unstoppab...

I still love this idea! Oh, and Imperium Anglorum: My main nation is in a UCR, so I'm absolutely familiar with founders. ;) But as Misley and others have said, they don't change very frequently (and in some cases, never), so the issue with having to update references doesn't exist. On the other hand...

I love this idea!

I suppose it wouldn't be necessary to include founders, but I don't see it doing any harm, either. It could come in handy in an unexpected place.

I'm using Firefox, and no NS++

It does sometimes notify me - I think it does when I'm logged out, but not when I'm logged in. I can do more testing to see if this hypothesis holds up.

RMB Quote Notices Not Appearing

As the topic says - I have the box checked for notifications when someone quotes me on the RMB, and I have not been receiving any for a while. Maybe a couple weeks? I don't remember when I first noticed it.

I wonder if the mods are investigating the invasion of TBR for illegal recruitment, given that any move orders by TG have to be marked as recruitment messages. The moderators have said that they do not generally police all telegrams for being correctly marked as recruitment, but that any telegram a...

Just to be crystal clear: if, say, a Delegate mass-TG was sent to say something akin to, "Hey all so because of stuff going on, we will all be moving to (region) so we can have a Founder again, etc" would that also be prohibited? Yes. (And yes to the other question you asked too). In all ...

As Reppy pointed out, and I am confirming now, that behavior has been in place for many many years. I thought I'd look up when exactly the 200 nation limit of the regional banlist was added to the game, but that happening predates the start of our code repository in 2004. The purge was automatic ev...

Imagine the puppet flooding if a full banlist removed the ban-hamers from delegates and founders... Well, yes... that's why one of the big tactics to fight GCR coups (and to a lesser extent big raids) has been throwing a heap of puppets at the region to flll up the banlist. I'm pretty sure that sil...

Reloading Issues

I've noticed that whenever I am Card Czar, the page does not reload automatically once the countdown for card playing is over to bring me into card selection. It works properly whenever I am not Card Czar, however.

If it matters, I am using Firefox on Fedora 19.

Uhhh, WA was because they were forced to not use UN references by the actual UN. This game still has bugs and lack of decent cards. As it is, it needs major improvement. Otherwise, why have this when it's still a lameduck? I honestly find it unlikely that on April 1st the UN actually emailed Max Ba...

Repeating Cards

I have noticed several times that the same card will be played by more than one player in a round. This isn't exactly the end of the world, but it makes the round less fun (even if that card won, you'll be randomly selecting which player wins for it). Is there a way to ensure that nobody in one game...
