I would love to see SL commended, but I do agree this is really light weight. You might try including some stuff about his regional contributions to Anarachy. I don’t know much about them, but you could ask his region mates. They were also discussed during SL’s last commendation attempt so reading t...

I don’t know the master/slave thing feels too niche to me. 99.5% of users will have no idea what you are referring to and writing a description that accurately conveys it would be super complex. It also just feels like the terminology used in this degree of technical level is not something a nationa...

I really don't think this is all that close to being a resolution that will pass yet. Major questions, most of which other poster have brought already up: 1) It's still not clear in the proposal why you're defining a lower limit for airspace. For national airspace, you're not really regulating it an...

These “objections” makes lots of WA legislation on the books unenforceable and I don’t really buy them. If you subcontract, the event is still forseen, whether you know the exact details or not. To review, the claim is that nations will circumvent the hazardous waste dumping ban by hiring people who...

Sounds 100% foreseen. OOC: Only by the people actually aware of the gunman being there in advance. Which would probably not be the person whose job it is to prevent the pollution from reaching the ocean. If the state hires someone to threaten to kill someone it is forseen by the state, which is who...

I don't think you need a separate clause defining emergency circumstances. I'd strike 2 and change 5 to: Provides an exception to waste disposed of in an effort to mitigate an acute unforeseen situation involving the potential for the immediate loss of life, massive property damage, or national sec...

The code is valid, but any programmer who actually wrote it like that for non-demonstrative purposes should be fired. Self should always be written as self. The only way I can understand that code is just replacing those words in my mind as self.

I still think your draft is filled with honest mistakes violations RE: the first four non-preamble clauses. If you think your unlikely to changes them in a material way I will file a GenSec challenge when I have time, likely in the next week.

Totally your call, I wrote it like that to prevent people trying to say “Oh so cruiser missles are fine?” Or “So my flying Pterdatcyl race can enter foreign airspace without objections?” But the degree you care these things is up to you. Your title is also super general and should be made more descr...

You misunderstand. I'm not insisting on making NS as a single planet, in fact, having your resolution explicitly state that the WA is on one planet is equally problematic. I'm saying don't explicitly state anything, and then you annoy no voters, as you've done now. I don't think with the definitions...
