Yes Please!

I've been trying to reduce my tax rate for about a year with no sucess. Under the new system it would be 83% which seems far more reasonable given the efforts I've made.

Rule IV is wrong for one Very, very, Very good reason. My Region, and I in particular, are not interested in RP, but we do want to be able to recognise the activities of other people either pro or con. Before IV I could Commend or Condemn anyway I wanted, and if what I proposed was so totally out of...

This may or may not be a curveball, but I believe I've actually gained influence after losing endorsements. Somewhere around 120-130, I went from contender to negotiator in TEP, but I moved back to contender somewhere around 105 or so. While Emperor Matthuis did CTE, I believe this happened sometim...

I still think that the best way of dealing with influence is to limit it's impact to those areas where it is most needed around griefing. That way proper gameplay areas need not be affected too much. I still think that the gap between top and bottom is too great and that the rate of accural is too s...

As I have posted before on a similar issue that came up, Founders in particular and Regional Influence as well are not the be all and end all to defence of a Region. Vigilance is the most important weapon certainly for protecting neutral Regions. I agree that it is less effective for 'top target' Re...

ALSO notes that the nation Todd McCloud, commended by SC Resolution 12, inhabits the region.

Todd is always welcome in Scotland, then we'd get the Commendation, Right?

Some good points there Kandarin but I have to agree with Mikeswill on vigilance being the watchword for Founderless Regions. My own Region had to have a Founder inserted to end one raid many moons ago because we started out without one. They have since perished so we continue with just a Delegate. Y...
