So I'm working a an Armored/Mechanized Division Calculator . Page 1 (Customize) allows a user to input the names of equipment and company sizes, page 2 (Calculator) allows a user to play around with the number of units present in the division. At the top of page 2 it will then state how much of dif...

But it makes me wonder that the plane took off from the capital airport. As a skilled military commander, he must know that the direction is the airport. That plane is still a regular flight.I think it's either that everyone's drunk or that the commander thinks the capital has fallen.Or they're teac...

I think it's because their IFF system is jammed It's actually quite hard to jam IFF, due to nature of their low gain antenna. The jammer must also be within the vicinity of the system. I have my own theory but it's basically a cascading factor. It begin from the fear of US attacks. the net are busy...

Source of class name and its historical significance to your NS nation? It's a random name i picked out of Gundam Wing. The Ephyon Gundam. If the following is still accurate... , is the Ephyon class part of the attack class or a different sub {sub} branch? And here I was thinking 5 different classe...

Hmm...apparently I just approved mass killings of old people in my Nation. But seriously, is it a viable strategy IRL? I could think it would help deal with not having to care about old people + no need to invest huge amount to healthcare. And would it have effect on the military? You're risking to...

To put it as simply as I can. What system do you have in place where you can pick out and target an individual tank at that sort of range and what part of your military actually has a use for that specific capability? 1.UAV 2.The weapon itself do loiter and the operator see the output of the seeker...

Out of curiosity just how is this thing launched and targeted? I mean, what sort of system do you have in place other than artillery in combination with spotters that can spot let alone shoot a missile at a tank from that distance? Launching is like Javelin, from dug in position or something like H...

Basically Javelin but it goes much-much longer. With Propfan propulsion and those big cruising wing. Control is canard. Range is perhaps 60 Km. All in Javelin form factor (probably bit longer but it's about 1.3 m with launcher) https://scontent-sin6-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/91768431_10216309093304283...

Nice! Reminds me of the Blackhawk and Eurocopter Panther. I'm curious about the active protection system though - what are the sensors and interceptors? The sensors are some mmwave radar along with the IR MAWS. Interceptor will of course be a small command guided missile. Which will intercept the r...

I don't think there is enough clearance between the ATGM rails and the guns on the side - a missile leaving rail is going to pass REALLY close to the muzzle of the Gatling gun. Perhaps increase the length of the pylons so there is more clearance? Thanks. Looks fine for me at first TBH. Originally h...

There's not much in between what can be killed with a 25-35mm autocannon, and what needs a heavy ATGM or 120+mm (maybe 105mm if they're only super fat rather than uberfat) APFSDS. Uberfat IFVs and APCs need anti-MBT levels of firepower, while ones which don't need MBT level logistics are handled we...

Couldn't find all of them, but the RD-33 is 1,407 °C / 2,565 °F and the Saturn 1,392 °C / 2,537 °F, pretty close. Well that's nice. That indicate the level of technology of turbomachinery in those engine are about equal to each other. Any increase, e.g wanting to go as high as 1600 deg K. You will ...
