Since Biden helped get conservative justices Scalia and Thomas onto the Supreme Court back when he was a senator, I still see no reason to believe any future SC picks he might make if he wins would be good.

What a load of arrogant bullshit. Hmm. It's not the candidates, I rather agree on that. It's the party platform. Greens need to realize that getting attention by presenting a big target, is not a good strategy. They need to narrow and focus the platform, and resist the urge to take a position on EV...

25% in U.S. Say Neither Candidate Would Be a Good President Only 25%? Hmm, surprising. Guess it will be another "best of a bad situation" selection playing a part in who wins. I was also surprised the number is that low. And I'm hoping a good chunk of those 25% will vote for third party c...

The New York Times slanders left-wing opposition to Biden as “Russian propaganda” The American intelligence agencies are at it again, instigating anti-Russian propaganda in the US media with reckless and entirely unsubstantiated claims that Moscow is intervening in the 2020 presidential election. It's official : Tom Lehrer famously said satire died when Henry Kissinger won the Nobel Peace Prize. Our pal Christian just dug up satire's corpse and bumfucked it. I don't see why he shouldn't get one tbh. It's not like there's any actual standards to it. They gave one to Obama and he bombed a bun...

I really don't care that the Republicans found 700 veterans who were willing to sign a letter saying they support Trump. If they wanted to, I bet the Democrats could find 700 veterans who support Biden and have them sign a letter saying so. Doesn't change the fact that both candidates are terrible, ...

Starting to get campaign materials in the mail, got a card that accused Biden of being taken over by the "radical left" and as I was looking at it my only thought was 'damn, I wish.' I've been seeing a lot of Republican ads on TV and online recently claiming Biden and the rest of the Demo...

1. This thread is about the 2020 election, and particularly about people on the left in the U.S. who aren't currently planning to vote for Biden. 2. I get the feeling that you and a lot of other posters in this thread never actually read the OP: 1. No, this is the 2020 election thread. So please mo...

You don't have to choose one of those two. You can vote for a third party candidate instead. I'm planning to vote for Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins. I'm pleased to see that he got on the ballot in my state. We get it, you're not voting for Biden or Trump, and that the only way you'd consider ...

This entire situation pisses me off to no end. It's like 2016! We have to choose between 2 of the absolute worse candidates both sides have to offer. The Dems have the nerve to claim they support marginalized peoples, yet they have Biden, who wasn't ashamed of his racism and openly made the dumbest...

But Republicans are the party of voter suppression, right. There is a difference between denying a third party candidate and discouraging people from voting.. The problem with the third parties and “we were denied”. You can still write in candidates. Some states don't allow any write-in votes for p...

So?........the message is democrats need to act like republicans? They already do, they're just another right-wing bourgeoisie party in a slightly lighter shade. By the rest of the world's standards, both the Republicans and the Democrats are right-wing parties. The actual left-wing parties in the ...
