The Holy Romanites won the Civil War, and re-established the HRE in the USA as a theocratic, Christian authoritarian state akin to the Islamic Republic of Iran. With the ideology of both pan-Christendom and neo-Romanism, the HRE is aggressive, and looks to expand, at least at first in the shadows...
