The Informal Pirate Confederacy of Karabasia [Karabasian Republic] is a fairly large nation located at the east-African coast. It's not recognized by many governments as it's independent state and therefore is largely unheard of. Karabasia is mostly fending for itself and rarely shows military presents besides it's privateers mercenaries at the fringes of conflict regions.
