The Locacaca Organization, based in the town of Morioh in Japan, is a cartel syndicate which focused on smuggling and exporting the rare Locacaca fruit, which is said to have unusual powers and properties, but with strange happenings around the Wall Eyes and the pursuit for a 'new Locacaca', what will follow as a result of the Organization's schemes?

(This nation mainly relies on lore from the anime/manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, specifically Part 8, JoJolion. It also uses lore developed from Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan and Steel Ball Run. This also contains diverged lore, specifically that everyone can see and interact with stands.
Parts 7 and 8 take place in a seperate universe, so you're not missing anything anytime soon, anime fans!)
