The Islamic Republic or IDAS is a Greek-speaking micronation comprising of the island of Samothrace and multiple islands in the northeast Aegean Sea along with a small exclave on the Anatolian mainland. Although resource-poor, it is known for its valuable port cities. The small country is embroiled in intercommunal conflict between its Sunni Muslim majority and Orthodox Christian minority.
