Yama-no-Kami (山の神) is a small, yet prosperous, vassal to a powerful daimyo in a land based on the Sengoku era and Japanese myth. Its ambitious leader, Lord Gyoubu Amiyaga, rules with a firm, but even hand, waiting for the opportune moment to free himself from the chains of servitude and bring Yama-no-Kami the independence and honor it deserves.
