The "Reborn States of America" is the direct successor to the late United States (obviously), now comparable to a "Roman Empire of a nation", essentially the last power in North America. The Reborn States is best described as a minarchist nation with very few restraints on the free market, but retains a substantially massive military, not to mention having a firm belief in a "renewed" Manifest Destiny.
