Bug?: Missing issue

Hello!
First of all,i'm a fairly new player, as you can see I love this game, the concept, and how it's played out.

Back on topic, this morning, i woke up with 2 issues, timer was at about 5 minuted left. I started the first issue and finished it, timer for next issue said there was a minute left, so i did the other issue and when it was done, i had no new issue and the timer was at around 5 hours and 58 minutes.
Is this a bug or is there sometimes no issue coming when the timer resets?

Yeah i've never seen a "dismiss all issues" button.
I just went on top of the page and hit "back to issues" to get to my issues page.
