OOC Outline

The United South American Republic (USAR) is a fascist dictatorship. Its President is Jose Santos. The South American People's Party (SAPP) is leading a revolution against Santos. Its leader is Joao Peres.

The SAPP army is mostly made up of defectors and angry civilians and farmers. Most of its members are Brazilian.

He learned on how fascist and communist were divided, each power hungry to rule South America. Though he was still deciding, he call his advisors and secretaries to assist him on finding a solution to preventing a civil war between Fascist and Communist that may not see end.

The Commonwealth of Haydia condemns both fascism and communism as oppressive ideologies. Haydia believes no matter who wins, the USAR will remain a totalitarian dictatorship. Therefore, Haydia will not be taking part in this war.

However, Haydia does not recognize the SAPP's Brazilian government as legitimate.

The Communists have the Quam Islands helping them. We need some help if we are to prevent the traitor and defector Communist Army from overrunning our great nation.

The Quam Islands will be sending their ships to aid the Communists. Admiral, intercept their ships and take them out of the ocean. Make sure the Quam Islands can never even come close to our great nation.

The Communist rebels have officially taken control of Brazil. Joao Peres has designated the Brazilian Republic as the People's Republic of Brazil.

Communist rebels are gaining ground in Bolivia, Peru, Colombia and Venezuela.

The USAR has decisively crushed the rebels in Argentina and the capital city of Buenos Aires.

Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana have all fallen to the SAPP. The SAPP is making strong advances in Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay. However, the USAR remains dominant in Argentina and Chile. Communists throughout the USAR are being rounded up and imprisoned. The same is being done to Santos sympathizers in SAPP-controlled Brazil.

By the time President Santos asked Batista to stop the Herzegovenian aid, it was already too late. The first carrier, one of the many carring the infantary divisions, had already arrived in a brazilian port.

Pavel, one of the first carrier’s saliors and the ship’s supervisor, just got out of the ship to talk to the brazilian oficial at the port.

Pavel: "Hello comrade! We a-"

João: "You are with the Herzegovenian aid, right?"

Pavel: "Oh, yes! By the way, names Pavel!"

João: "Names João. Anyways, let get down to buisness. What you got there?"

Pavel: "3 infantary divisions and all their equipment, including extra ammo, guns and grenades. And before you think "Just 3? It seems like it could fit 4 or more in there!", every infantary division has a artilary battalion with them."

João: "Nice! I'll get my men unloading your ship. I can see the others coming. What are they carring?”

Pavel: “Well, lets get inside first, shall we?”

João: “Of course! Here.”

They both go in a small building and sit at a table.

João: “Coffe?”

Pavel: “Nah, anyways, here’s a notebook with the info on what we’re carring. Its in russian, so you’ll need a translator.”

João: “No problem. PEDRO! VEM AQUI E PEGA SAPORRA PRA LEVA PRUS NOSSO SUPERIORES!”

Pedro takes the book and goes out running.

João: “Anyways, what you people got to help us?”

Pavel: “Well.... I dont know the exacts of anything, but i know there is at least 5 or 6 ships like mine and many others with tanks, trucks, jeeps, assault rifles, artilary, ammo, shels, etc. There is at least 20 to 30 ships in total, if not more, and none of them got lost or sank.”

João: “WOW! How did no ship sank? Were you not attacked?”

Pavel: “No! The news that we were sending help must have gotten to the fasists too late, and we also had a big part of the red navy with us, including a aircraft carrier. We are going to win this war comrade, dont you worry. They are too weak to win.”

João: “Thats what i hope.”

Korenjal Militia Barracks,
171st Militia Airborne Scout Ranger Company (MASR)

The young militia officer just awoken. The pre-deployment training that they conducted was some of the most intense he's ever seen. He was only 22, and his name is Giorgio Masili. He peered down and grabbed his favorite Quamanian chewing tobacco, threw in a lip and threw on his fatigues. Lieutenant Masili or Giorgio took pride in his militia service, some of the men thought he was crazy but he wasn't. Although the Quam Islands have technically never been directly involved in a foreign conflict, civil war tore the nation apart for over 27 years. Giorgio participated in the civil war in various aspects, when Giorgio was just a young boy he would often find himself spying on former-fascist Quamanians and he assisted pro-revolutionary troops by giving information such as enemy unit locations and other key information. However, Giorgio Masili did more than that. He fought in the front-line and was no stranger to combat he was first deployed with revolutionary forces during the Civil War and actually conducted various missions through out the Quam Islands. He spit in his makeshift artillery-shell spittoon and threw his patrol cap on and walked out the door of his room to go address the platoon, where he would individually inspect every militiaman's equipment and prepare them for their deployment in a few hours.

Giorgio took pride in his work as a militia officer, his uniformed was pressed, polished boots and cleaned rifle. He studied Brazilian culture, politics and even brushed up on his Portuguese. He let the fact that he was going to experience the atrocities of warfare once again in his life, and truthfully he was scared but he was more scared at the fact that he was somewhat excited, they would be landing in the southern region of Sao Paula where they would come in contact of communist forces and assist them in anyway possible. Boots down at 1930hrs.

[United Tecdo Peandland]

The huge metal boats hatches clamped down into the sand of Peru's North-west coast unleashing a task force of 3,000 down to set up a Makeshift HQ for the incoming 17,000 soldiers. Men dressed in the green and brown uniforms of Peandland set up cheap imported tents from China and rolled out bedrolls. Men with axes hacked away at small pathways of trees for firewood while other's patrolled the beach in look for any Communist scum.

Commander Hank WImbleton strolled on the beach, hand on his 1911 as 4 T-15's were unloaded and positioned aiming at the forest. He walked into a hastily put together tent and sat down on his bedroll, reaching for a small desk a Soldier had placed in there. Inside the drawer Hank found a cigar and a bottle of whiskey. His favorite.


Evidently, it wasn't long until the first Rebels attempted an assault on the base. Hank dove for cover behind a boulder and fired off a round into an approaching rebel fighter, throwing his body backwards, smacking into a tree before slumping to the ground. The T-15's opened fire with their cannon's tore up patches of tree showering the corpses of rebel fighters with dirt. The gunfight only lasted a few more minutes after and then the camp fell silent except for the sound of more boats clamping into the sand.

Operation Rhino had official began.


Boliva, Outside of Copacabana

Like in Peru, 3,000 soldiers in a task force had been transported to a location in enemy territory. The Boeing C-17's howled overhead and continued their flight to a Chile Airport to land.

Commander Ryan Halidian lead his men forward into the lake town in seconds. The town was run by The Communist and it was about to be liberated.

Ryan ran into the street first, firing his Insas rifle into a rebel who collapsed horrified at the sight of 3,000 men stampeding across the town. Peandland troops engaged the main Rebel force on patrol. Ryan fired his rifle until the magazine clicked dry and he counted at least six dead by his own hand. The other's suppressed the rebels until one Soldier ran up with a RPG-32 to in hand and fired it into a building, crushing the last half a dozen rebels.

[Greater Finlandinia]

The president of greater Finlandinia commends the communist rebels for rising up against the oppressors and requests to give material aid as well as a expeditionary force to fight against the oppressors. The force will be sent in approximately two weeks from now. Also, sanctions for the old regime.

Venezia Watchs a rerun of Lampoon Family Vacation on large monitor in his pajamas Soon a military advisor walks into the room,
"Are we Ready?" Asked Venezia.
"Yes, the planes are almost over the recently captured area over Brazil."
"Tres Bein." Venezia pauses the movie and flips to an aerial camera attached to the planes, "They are close."
A few minutes pass. Then. "FIRE!"

Over the nation of French Guiana

Almost at once the group of planes drop their cargo. 10 NuclonX Cars fall to the earth and on impact the area explodes in to a small fireball of Dust and Nuclear debris.

"Well, that went better that I thought! So Put the coordinance of the area I want to restore this area back to it's original state after this is over. Stupid Rebels."

[Eodor]

Rio de Janiero, Brazil, Ghost Team 1

"Overlord, Spectre, got eyes on more revolutionaries."

The Ghost team had landed in Rio a day earlier, after reports of the Revolution reached the Eodorian High Command. The report was met with some skepticism at first, but eventually the Ghosts were sent to evaluate the position of the Government and Rebels.

"Copy Spectre. Return to Rally Point Delta, Phantom's waiting for you there."
"The old man's here?"
"Affirmative."
"Copy, heading in now."

Rally Point Delta, Rio de Janiero, Brazil

Spectre walked into a room with six other Ghosts, how all turned from their seated positions at a table in the centre.

"Well, well, well. It's about time you arrived."
"Phantom, my old friend."
