Welcome to Homestuck: The RP. There have been some HS RPs before, but this one is different, because it's made by me. Let's cut the intro short and get to business.

Brief Summary of Personality: Sean is considerably laid back; very little bothers him. Nonetheless, he is very outgoing, to the point that he sometimes finds himself speaking when he most likely shouldn't, or outright barges into conversations. This attitude even carries over onto the virtual world. With a program that Sean downloaded, PesterRaid, he can enter any chat between his friends, whether they want to or not! He's also very energetic. For the most part, he's nice to everyone, but isn't afraid to speak up when he thinks something might be wrong.
Likes: Rock music, guitars, playing guitars, singing, owning guitars, acting, guitars.
Dislikes: Nothing seems to bother him.
RIF: He's a big band of the (fictional) band Fracture, and has several posters of them in his room.

Oh, hey, speaking of that, we should probably figure out dream self stuff. Here's something good if you want to go with a somewhat 'scientific' method of figuring it out (for example, according to this, Ann would be a Prospit dreamer), or if you want to kind of just eyeball it, that's fine too. Just remember, we need three on each side!

Made the finishing touches on my app. I'm not sure if Sean would be a Derse or Prospit dreamer. He's laid back, but is also the sort to run head-first into something.

Also, should we add a rule that someone has to be a Space player?

According to the thing I linked, Sean seems like a Derse guy to me. But hey, if you want to throw him on Prospit, go for it. Hussie hasn't exactly set rules for determining who goes where.

As for the Space thing, that would probably be a good idea. Unless we want this to be a natural Null session. And while I think that would be hecka fun, trying out damndest to salvage a doomed session, that's ultimately up to IRE and he might not be so keen on the idea.

Well, your app looks good, but I'm slightly wary (and I know IRE would be too) about your hella low post count. Have you been on rps on different sites before, or on this one under a different nation? Just wanna make sure you're at least somewhat experienced at roleplaying.

And if you've never been in one before, maybe we could do quick test run sample thing right here. Wouldn't want to exclude a potentially skilled rper just 'cause they never got the chance to show off skills!

SAMPLE TIME.

Lutz looked around the empty streets on the edge of Kaiserslautern from the window of his upstairs room, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the post officer whilst his older brother's metal music audibly blared downstairs. If he timed this right, he could get the game before any of his American friends were even awake, due to the time zone difference. He wanted to be the first so that he could tell them exactly how to proceed-

But then he heard the neighbor's dog barking, frowning as the massive horse of a dog jumped over the fence once again. "Nein-" Watching in dismay as the post officer was chased off by the overly excitable 'puppy', he decided it was time to take action anyway. Down the stairs he ran, yelling in hopes of getting the canine's attention.

Soon he was the one being tackled to the ground, tiny skinny old man giving a smile at Lutz from behind his postal van. "Dankeschon..." His German retaining a slight American accent despite his spending years here as he looked through his packages. "I might as well give it to you now, I'm sure you were expecting this." Having learned the blonde's habits over time, giving an appreciative look as Lutz took the package-

Lutz eventually wrestling the overly excitable dog down with one of his arms. "Ah- no, thank you..." Watching as the post officer put in the last of the neighbor's mail and then continued on down the street. He would get the SBURB disk in his computer soon, but surely he could spend a few minutes playing with the neighbor's dog first?

So, either Grene has to be the Space player, we have a null session, or one of us has to switch. I'm willing to make Sean a Knight of Space if necessary. It'd sort of fit for him. He likes rock, and what's more metal than a goddamn space knight that shoots beams of awesomeness out of his guitar?

Thank you very much. That's actually not me at my best, I was distracted at the time I was writing that...

I'm eager to see how well Lutz clicks with the other characters in terms of friendship. Lord knows he needs people he's comfortable with being critical of him.

Quite. I have the idea his God Tier ability involves 'borrowing' people's skills and memories... Or granting them his. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but if it doesn't, oh well.

Here's an analysis of the rogue of mind. If you want Lutz to take the skills of others, then thief is the class you're looking for. Thieves steal to benefit themselves, while Rogues steal to benefit others.

Yeah that does make sense, and it sounds like a cool power to have, if slightly abstract. Meanwhile, Ann gets your basic wind powers! I'll have to do another classpect post trawl and re-familiarize myself with the specifics of the Maid class.

Yes. God-Tiering does represent the player overcoming some sort of flaw within themselves. I was really hoping that Time or Sylph were available, since I already have characters with personality arcs that fit their respective classpects. I don't know what to do for Sean.

What exactly could Jasmine, Sylph of Hope, do? Create hope? THAT'S LAME. Is it possible that I could hope-inducingly summon objects for a cheaper build grist price?

And psh.. Lutz and Jasmine could be friends. On the internet. That'd be hilarious. Tiny adorable short kid and this tall scary-looking awkward guy.
