Mobile forum weirdness

I'm on the latest version Google Chrome, and iOS, and been noticing some strange things happening when I want to click on a page of a forum thread. Sometimes, when I click on a page number, a pop-up appears with a number to call...
No clue why this is happening

It's an iPhone... I believe it's mistaking the page numbers for a phone number to call

After running some tests, it's the amalgamation of all the page numbers displayed
