We celebrate just as those high falutin' Yanks do. One time, in 1910, we even snuck a few patriotic teenagers across the DMZ in old uniforms from the Second Revolutionary War. Assassinated Ol' Billy's politicians at their doorsteps and reunited America under one banner.

Things such as 'trick or treating' never caught on here and Gandoorese culture considers randomly knocking on people's doors and asking them for stuff to be impolite, so Halloween parties aimed at families/children usually act as a substitute for trick or treating, since those usually will give away candy or small gifts to children attending.
