[TWI ONLY][IC] Council of Communist and Socialist Nations

Postby Decorus Inperium » Tue Oct 25, 2016 6:00 pm

This thread is for the leaders of communist and socialist nations of The Western Isles to discuss various situations and policies. The leaders or ambassadors of these nations will meet wherever necessary. Our goal is not only for the betterment of our nations but for the betterment of the proletariat across The Western Isles. We will not give in to capitalist lies. We will not give in to their exploitation. We will fight, and we will fight hard to the liberation of the working class.

Three Bhikkustanis slowly edged into the room, looking rather uncomfortable. They were not members of any official government, but rather revolutionaries. It was essential that the federal khanate did not hear of their presence here. The leader of the group was Duten Chokyoriboriin, a guerilla leader from the mountain highlands of Bhikkustan. With him were two monks, in saffron robes. These monks were old, in their fifties.

They walked up, and met with the leader of the delegation from Decorus Inperium.

"This must remain secret our involvement here," said Duten in a hushed voice, "it would be disastrous for our cause if we are discovered before the anointed time."

He nodded sagely, then waited for a reply.

"Welcome. I am Cameron Wolf, the Prime Foreign Ambassador of Decorus Inperium. We are glad you could make it. We assure you that your government will not be informed of anything spoken of here." says a medium sized man with long curly hair and stubble on his face. "We have much to discuss. Please sit." He points to the chairs surrounding the conference table.

"Thank you Cameron bhante," said Duten softly, before turning and sitting at the table. The two monks followed his lead and sat down. Duten adjusted his hat, then turned to Cameron. "I am a representative of the Bhikkustani Enlightened Worker's Party. We have been illegalised by the current government and are currently in hiding, planning a revolution. Until that day, we shall have to wait. What is it that you wish to discuss? We would have a need for some armaments, if you or any of our other comrades could provide that. We also have questions regarding the ideology of your nation."

He sighed. The revolution was starting any day now, but he had to stay here and talk. He hoped that the revolution would start soon, for every second without it was a second his nation laboured under the capitalist oppressors.

Cameron grabs some glasses and fills them with water. He brings the glasses over to his fellow comrades before sitting across from them. "Yes. The situation in your nation is horrible. Decorus Inperium recently made some agreements with Chileana for their weapons technology. We would be happy to aid in your revolution. Just say what you need and if we can we will provide it." He picks at the collar of his shirt. He is wearing a suit and tie but doesn't seem very comfortable in it. "As for our ideology I am well versed in it. What questions do you have?" He takes a sip of water.

A single stout Hanolan enters the room, stroking his long mustache, sticking to the shadows that match his dark outfit. Interrupting the ongoing meeting, he proclaims-
"Hello, gentlemen, revolutionaries, and all fellow comrades in-between. I am the ambassador from the great Union of Hanola, and we seek to protect other less-capable communist and socislist friends- so that the world may have an alliance to fear and to be awed by!"

He sits back down in his seat. "Now, I have just promised the support of Decorus Inperium in aiding a revolution in Bhikkustan. But we have bigger fish to fry! Much bigger fish comrades. So! Let us discuss an alliance."

We all know that the name of the alliance is fairly important, so fellow comrades, what do we call ourselves?

Duten stood up and gestured to the other delegates.

"I believe that an alliance is a good idea. I propose the CIEDP, the Communist International Economic and Defensive Pact."

As the two men were about to walk into the doors to the meeting room the European looking one put his hand on the shoulder of the Laosian looking one, "Do not fear, I too was nervous on my first visit to another country but all will be well. You can't fuck up that badly." The Asian smiled and the translator behind them chuckled. The European man was many years the Asian man's superior, but that had been why they both had been assigned to this. They both wore black suits with ties that sported the colors of Urazawa and a Urazawan Flag pin pinned to their lapel. Both of them were of average height, the Caucasian 5'10 and the Asian 5'7, although both were of average weight, both weighing around the mid 160s.

The Caucasian's blue eyes matched well with his blonde hair, styled in what was a buzz cut with some gel holding the front of the top a bit higher than the hair behind it. His teeth, while not perfect, were white and not crooked. There was no sign that he wore contacts. He kept his face clean shaven as his wife liked, and at 46 years of age he was not ready to displease her. Yes, Karsten Bauschinger was of the German Descent, but he did not triumph it over his fellow Urazawan like many of his fellow clean bloods tended to do, more so in private, but some were bold enough to do so in Public.

The man 16 years his junior, Bane Saysanasy was a bit juxtaposed to Karsten, he kept a mustache on his face, and his jet black hair suited his brown eyes. His stature was a bit slouched unlike Karsten but with time in the Foreign Affairs ministry that would change. He had only come out of Tertiary Education 8 years prior, and had been working as a representative for Urazawa for 2, this being his first time out of country.

With their little laugh over the two men and their translator entered the room.

As the translator translated the words into German for the two, Karsten's eyebrows went up almost imperceptibly. As the two sat down Karsten told them their names and some other pleasantries. After the translator translated that Karsten looked to the Inperian delegate, "I believe that giving an organization a name which I'm guessing we have discussed little of as the meeting started not too long ago, seems a bit too hasty and it may be best to describe what we are each here to do more or less and work out a pact from there which we can all agree on. I must thank your nation before we go any further for hosting this though. Understandably communism is one of the lesser spread economic systems around the Western Isles, especially west of Argus, thus a meeting like this does seem necessary."

Cameron snaps his fingers and points to the translator. "Yes! You're absolutely right!" He sits down quickly and takes a drink of water. After swallowing he open us his folder and looks at some documents. After a minute he looks back up. "The first policy we should discuss is a mutual defense pact. If someone attacks one of us then they attack all of us."

Three men entered the room, each dressed in a fairly cheap suit. While they were not envoys of the Keomoran government, which was capitalist they were member of the Keomoran Communist Party.
"I heard that there was a communist party going on," said the leader of the trio with a smile," pardon us for simply barging in. We are simply impatient with getting involved in this. And of course there needs to be secrecy about us. If our government finds us here they would quell the revolution of my country before it even begins."

As the Urazawans walked into the room the Bhikkustani Delegation looked up. The arrival of Urazawa was a good sign, as their two nations were already rather close. Duten just hoped that their loyalty was to the nation's people and not the current government.

Duten looked at the keomorans. At first his blood ran blue with anger. Why are these Imperialists here! he thought to himself. Then they explained, and he smiled softly. And turned towards them.

"I am in the same boat comrades. Although I believe there is more at stake for us. We could be killed."

The older of the monks tapped him on the shoulder lightly. He turned, and the monks whispered to him in Bhikkustani.

"Comrade Duten, we should propose an armed intervention in the war. Our people bleed under capitalism and imperialism. We cannot allow more of our people to die. With military aid we can save our people."

Duten nodded slowly.

"Thank you Ajahn. I shall relay this point."

He stood up and waited for silence.

"Comrades! Venerable Ajahn Samita has a proposition. Our nation is choked by the noose of capitalism. Imperialist snakes squirm over our people. We request a military intervention to help drive them from our land."

"Ah ha! This is great! So many comrades in the world! Wonderful!" Cameron applauds with a smile on his face. "Please sit! There are plenty of glasses of water on the table. Oh Sarah?" Cameron looks over at the scribe typing away at a laptop. "Would you please print out a copy of the transcript so far? Thank you." After a few minutes she comes back with a piece of paper and hands it to Cameron. "Ah. Thank you. Here you go. This is what we have been discussing so far." He gives the piece of paper to the Keomorians.

"Now. The Decorish have already promised Bhikkustan military aid. And we encourage the rest of you to support them. Right now however we need to discuss the particulars of this alliance. Afterwards we can discuss action."

"We will be unable to do much at the time," the leader, Yu-on began," the Keomoran Communist Party is small and has to fight numerous other political parties, fascists, libertarians, asorists and the current party in power, the Democratic-Republicans which are under the thumb of her majesty Katherine Karma." He spat when he saw her name.
"The revolution is gathering strength but it still weak. But I believe with your support we can institute a dictatorship of the proletariat in my nation."

"Decorus Inperium will aid you revolution. You just give the word. Now back to the topic at hand. I suggest our alliance maintains a mutual defense pact. This will keep us strong and united against the bourgeoisie. Another idea is total shutdown of trade from outside the alliance. This will make sure that no foreign power can influence us economically."

"In order to properly defend Bhikkustan and bring them fully into the revolution New Aapelistan must leave the Imperial War."
Yu-on paused. "Fighting against MSTO is a waste of resources, especially when it can be used to aid potential allies. With support and perhaps even troops entering Bhikkustan, they would see you as liberators allowing us to overthrow the capitalist dogs held in thrall by the Capitalists. Once you gather up strength, then we could challenge that damned capitalists of MSTO on more favorable terms."

Three Moukeri officers walked into the room, their neatly pressed coats and buffed medals at a parade ground level of maintenance. The leader was Colonel Mfikishani, a veteran of thirty years in the military. The others were younger, but still seasoned commanders with years of military experience. They were all communists, lifetime members of the Moukeri Worker's Party whose devotion to the revolution was strong. With the ascension of Pierre Khalfani to the presidency their careers had skyrocketed, Pierre himself being a colonel in the army. They were now heads of the Moukeri Foreign Affairs Department, and were no longer in active frontline duty. They walked into the room tall, showing pride in their uniforms and nation. They sat down behind desks with Placards showing the République Démocratique Populaire de Moukere.

One of the officers, Lieutenant John Koto, spoke English to a relative degree of fluency. He stood up and addressed the assembly.

"Mah Camarades! Ah am glad to be here speakin to you today. I believe dis is a good idea."
