With rising treasons between Skyhooked and The Graveyard of the Funeral Party because of the imbalance of souls coming from Skyhooked from a low death rate that has caused unrest with the Lords of the Dead because an contract that signed long ago from the days of the Deadlands War between the Living and Dead that cost many souls to be completely destroyed,but no matter the Conference will be held at the Imperial Vonstein Manor or has been nicknamed Victor's House of Torment do a entire town going missing and thhe bodies were found tore apart in the basement of the Manor with some skeletions of ghouls that may or may have eaten the townsfolk but let's not let the fear of what goes on inside the Mansion's may endless hallways that people can or will get lost and never be seen again.

So the two guests of honour will be Lord Stan Dixon,who is very talented man through his records he has somehow learned the abilities of the FORCE! Which is quite amazing for a gentlemen of his standards and has survived the many genocidal wars that were created the dearest lord of the Graveyard,Lord Victor Vonstein who is the last heir to the Vonstein Dynasty at so be it that meeting will be held in the Halls of the Lords,
which is prized for it's crimson designing but please be aware that the ancestor's of the Vonstein are known to rome the halls in their ghostly fashion.

Also, King Charles appears to be 5'6 in height. James Rockwedger's features are hidden in his vanta black cloak, and thus no one truly knows what he looks like. The only thing visible of him is his sky-blue eyes, his brunette hair, and his tall height of 6'0.

What is his/her reason to come to the meeting?: The Graveyard Partiers are almost totally unknown to Stratarin, and are considered a possible threat. Valanov's goal is to learn more about them in a friendly setting and maybe start the two nations on a path to peace.

Appearance: About 5'9, piercing blue eyes, slicked back hair, thick accent. Prefers wearing combat gear as opposed to a standard diplomatic suit or robe.
