That's why the password won't come down, at least in the near future.

That means your region won't grow while locked down, so that's fine too.

We are a Semi-Autonomous Region; we still have some autonomy. Besides, there are still many fascist memes out there.

I look forward to seeing how your "semi-autonomous" status works out when you want to do something Woodhouse and/or the other members of Nazi Europa's leadership don't want you to do. Whatever you may think about having "half the power," Woodhouse is the Founder of the region. He has all the power. What he giveth he can taketh away, and will if you step out of line, trust me. And there is no chance the region will ever have a native Founder again.

You do realize that as long as Captain Woodhouse doesn't let their nation CTE that they will remain founder, don't you? That being said, you shall not be handed back the region founder for quite a while.

EDIT: Funnily enough, the Liberation Agreement reads like the consequence list from a description in some Hearts of Iron decisions. All it's missing is "Diplomacy penalty with democratic/communist states -20"
