GREETINGS! This RP is inspired by the recent discovery of a planet near Proxima Centauri, although not confirmed, I still have my hopes high. Before the app, some guidelines/rules must be established.

- No billion shet plz? Only millions in land soldiers, and ten thousands in ships, though if you want to be more elite, lessen the troops. Remember, bigger ain't always better.
- No going beyond the Centauri System, Barnard's Star will be accessable later.
- No flaming and all that sort, though friendly banter in the IC is allowed.
