Columbia was in shambles. A depletion of her Rare Earth Elements ground her advanced industry to a crashing halt. Unemployment rose due to the lack of production of robots and advanced energy weapons. Her lack of ability to produce and export petrol lead to an artificial amount of unemployment. Instability shook her to the core as Counts, Barons, and Dukes fought petty power squabbles to try and get more power for themselves rather than find a way to solve her growing problems. Soon enough independence movements in the Mexican and Canadian territories forced Material Law to be implemented turning Foley from a once benevolent High King into a Military Dictator.
Attempts to form an alliance with a race known as the Draconids from the Island Nation of Dyste only added a final nail to the coffin of Columbia. An assassination attempt gave Foley a mortal wound and Foley was presumed dead. Everyone pointed fingers at each other. Many pointed fingers and blamed the Draconid race for this. Tensions that once were merely boiling underneath the pot were now exploding into all out war.
Titus and his loyalists seek to reclaim the capital city of Omaha from Fascist control and slowly, county by county and state by state, retake the Columbian territories. The Communists seek to eliminate all traces of Christianity and the "Old Order" of Aristocrats and the Foley Dynasty to replace it with what they term "Pure Communism". The Fascists seek to eliminate the Aristocrats, keep the Imperial Family as figureheads with limited power and a new parliamentary system, and rebuild Columbian pride and nationalism. The Columbian Nationalists seek to restore the old American Constitution and eradicate all traces of the Columbian Empire. Nationalists in Mexico and Canada seek to secure independence for their own countries. The Confederates seek the same but for the South Eastern states of the old American Mainland.

3. No FT unless given permission
4. No numbers beyond 1,000,000 troops at a time. Cannot instantly head to Columbia by air or sea nor are they all used at once. Must be landed as 500,000 over the course of one IC month and wait two IC months to deploy the other 500,000
5. Tech level is thus: War Frames/Mechs are allowed but orbital weapons and other WMDs (Chemical weapons included) are not. Lasers and Plasma weapons can be used but are to NOT be the standard weapon of all soldiers. Only elite or heavy infantry and restricted to high hundreds/low thousands.
