In terms of personality, biographers and those close to him have noticed an air of intensity around him. Which can be unsettling with his warm, calm, off puttingly pleasant and even mischievous (in an old man sort of way, some remark) personality at most times.

Which heavily contrasts with his flinty, serious, harsh and coldly passionate attitude in serious and desperate times. Sometimes trembling with barely restrained fury in speeches.

Governor Sean is a really nice guy, even though he is quite calm and quiet most of the time (but that's usually because he's super high and tripping the hell out).

He is very flirtatious and loves to party with foreign leaders, and when they visit the colonial palace Sean invites them to stay the night in his bed, falling asleep as they watch Punkvanian professional wrestling while eating marijuana infused ice cream.

When he isn't busy governing the state Sean spends a lot of time writing horror novels and painting surreal portraits of his friends. Recently it has been rumored that he has been dating Boe Roben, a very popular comedian and MMA commentator in Punkvania. These claims have yet to be proven though, and Sean has been seen in intimate association with many foreign leaders in the past year.

CEO Harry Tan is known for his tough and uncompromising style of leadership and sometimes, he comes off as a confrontational and rather brusque person. He is known for his bisexuality and his openness toward societal progressivism, as well as his love for capitalism and the free market. He is one of the least sympathetic Galactican CEOs as he has abolished many welfare handout programmes for the poor, not that there were many to begin with, and replaced it with a jobs creation scheme that will put everybody back into work.

He is also known for being the most outspoken and proactive CEO in foreign affairs, by establishing the greatest number of relations since the IUC's founding, and is also known for making Huswyae the IUC's closest ally and for marrying former Huswyaen Prime Minister Katherine Hedlock

Prime Minister and Member of the Regency Council

Nos Raschkan is the current Prime Minister of the Principality of Dushan and leads the Council of Ministers. He has been appointed last Year to oversee the transitional process of the State. He's with 174 Galactic Cycles a old Veteran and has seen many Governments come and go, due his genetic enhancement he still enjoys good health and a rather youthful appearence of a Men in his late 50s. Raschkan is a well respected Politician and served in various former Administrations. Under his tenure the Government and Administration been reorganized and steamlined sucessfully.

He himself as loyal Servent of the State, often acting as mediator between opposing Factions.

Irene von Starlight-Bassun
Member of the Regency Council and Supreme Martial Law Adminitrix

Brigadier General Irene von Starlight-Bassun is a Noblewoman and Officer of the Dushan Armed Forces who currently performing various Duties on behalf Principality. She was among the Officcers of the Military Junta who had taken control over the Government of Dushan in the fateful Coup d'Etat that led later to the restauration of the Monarchy. Ever since and before she has served Dushan in various Roles, as Member of the Regency Council, Officer, Diplomat and even briefly as de-facto Head of Government.

Since the inthronisation of the Regent and the installation of a new Government her duties as Supreme Martial Law Adminitrix (a Title which she still holds) have been changed direction, nowadays shes often acting as Special Represenative of the Regent at various Diplomatic and Military hotspots, wielding wideranging authority. Currently she is in charge of establishing relationships with other Star Nations inside the Noosphere.

She is known as an energetic and spirited Officer with aristocratic background, tracing her ancestry back to old Dushani Warrior Nobility. While she is described as brilliant by many Accounts she has also earned a reputation as mercyless and ruthless Leader.

Both respected and feared among her subordinates as the General is known to enforce discipline very strictly if necessary. Violations are occassionally punished by corporal punishment; her riding crop is more than a mere decorative accessoire.

Irene spend several Years in the Combined Space Fleet where she took part in various joint Missions alongside other Members of the Pan-Galactic Community, the exact details of those Adventures are currently sketchy at best however.

The Emperor cannot accurately be described in the paltry words of men. He is a font of wisdom, a well of compassion, a mountain of discipline, and a cosmos of intellect. He also enjoys comedy and horses.

[The Arthurian Isles]

The Storting (literally 'the Great Thing') is the collective leader of the Arthurian Federation, comprising nine Federal Ministers (Stormaður). For obvious reasons one cannot identify a common personality within the Storting, but certain characters make more of an impact than others. Currently, four Stormaður are either perceived to be the most politically dominant by the public, or are the most influential in the political affairs of the state.

The first is Runær Arnardotar, the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs and member of Vinsten Bund (The Left Alliance). She lacks much political influence, primarily because her views on international affairs are in stark contrast to the centuries-old policy of permanent armed neutrality pursued by the Arthurian Federation. However, she has garnered a following from the public for her contrarian approach. During her short time at the FMFA, she has through her activist personality brought the public debate on Arthuria's role in the world into the open. She is known as the kind-hearted but naïve Stormaður by her colleagues, and is well-liked. Her idealism is the source of much professional disagreement, however.

Runær has made one political ally on the Storting. Thor Hamarskjold is the Federal Minister of Justice and a member of Frelskap (The Liberals). As a member of the Folkting's largest party and considered to lie on the centre-right, he is not a natural ally of Runær; the two do disagree on most domestic issues. But in Runær's area of interest - foreign affairs - there is agreement between them. Thor is the more presentable face of Runær's foreign policies. He supports the same ends as her but justifies it through realism and state-interest rather than internationalism. He is therefore much more amenable to the Arthurian centre-ground. Indeed, Thor has developed a cult of personality over his media appearances which have been described as 'Ron Swansonesque'. He is a blunt man and true to his convictions, willing to accept that his moral scruples do not extend beyond the frontiers of the state. His image is summed up best by his cane, which he has used since injuring his leg in a fight with a bear.

Together, Thor and Runær form an invisible 'progressive axis' within the Storting. Against them they face two primary threats. The first is Andriður 'Andri' Jonsen. He is the leader of Midstaðen Parðil (the Centre Party) and responsible for the Federal Ministry of Defence. His centrist political position gives him leeway over those on his right and left, both of whom tend to approve of his conciliatory 'steadiness'. Amongst the public and the political establishment, Andri has gained a reputation for competent management and has earned respect for his willingness to accede to the demands of Popular Initiatives. Within the Storting, Andri offers the most well-reasoned and coherent arguments for his policies and is therefore the most frequent foil to Runær and Thor. He is by no means idealistic, and is far too concerned for Arthuria's safety (as his years as FMD have taught him) to want to dilute the policy of neutrality. But his personality is well liked, for he is down to earth and relatable to his colleagues and the general public. He has been nicknamed 'the safe pair of hands'.

Often taking Andri's side in the Storting's debates is Hildur Manus. She has an influential political position as both the Federal Minister of the Treasury and the leader of Frelskap. She is much quieter than Andri within the Storting, but uses her position in the Treasury to back his policies. She is justified in doing so, for the public view her as another safe pair of hands. In the past six years as FMT she has liberalised Arthuria's economy, repealed most socialist-oriented policies concerning the economy, and almost single-handedly 'invented' the Southern Model of economic integration. The public respect her for this, but she is not liked in the same way that the others are. She is seen as being too political, and has been nicknamed 'Arthuria's Francis Urquhart'.

Worth note, but not strictly as influential as the above Stormaður, is Lief Kierkegard. He does not ally himself with either the progressives or the traditionalists on the Storting, and is therefore an important target in debates. Moreover, his role as the leader of Grønen Parðil (the Green Party) does not garner him much power in the legislature. What is important is his role as the Federal Minister of Nature and the Environment. In this role, he has the ability to stall much important legislation by invoking environmental protections, and he is the authority in charge of EOS, Arthuria's special forces. While his political influence is therefore limited, the public view Lief as an eminence grise. They latch onto his personality; he is as well-reasoned as Andri but is much quieter, rarely making public appearances. His nickname is 'the man of mystery'.

[Grand Kingdom of Deph]

The current Grand King, "Young" King Cyke, is known for continuing the Deph tradition of being a monarchical kingdom, who is also very heavily invested in keeping the nation secured, from outsiders and theirselves.

He's been known for publicly executing his enemies in gruesome and Inhumane ways, such as being shot by a volley of old, rusted crossbow bolts, public drownings and stonings, and simultaneous stabs, then letting the tortured bleed out. King Cyke is seen as 'dictatorial' or 'psychotic', when he is simply carrying on the traditions he was born with. He does not stand for threats or insults, and will also have them dealt with.

Even though he is feared by the Deph populous, he is also loved, and people will often build statues for him at random times, name buildings, parks, and more after him, and some have even managed to get to his court/office to present him with either a story or to sing the national anthem.

[Imperium Sidhicum]

The Empress is known to be soft-spoken, gentle and patient, but at the same time endowed with an overwhelming, almost divine presence that most find very unnerving. Her mild manner should, however, at no point be interpreted as a sign of weakness - behind that deceptively benign face of an inexperienced young woman sits a powerhouse mind of an ancient crone that can be as cunning, ruthless and devious as politicians ever get.

The Empress is somewhat reserved about the cult of personality directed towards her, but has not explicitly denounced it, recognizing that it is preferable for her people to have one undisputable authority to look up to.

She has no known personal relationships, having taken a vow of chastity until the enemies of the Imperium are completely destroyed, and the business of running an interstellar empire leaving little time for personal life in any case.

The Empress is also deeply interested in the fine arts, being a quite accomplished painter and composer. She is known to be a proficient organ player, and have a love for animals, particularly cats and chinchillas. She keeps two synthetic cats as pets, the deceptively harmless-looking felines being designed to also serve as an extra pair of viciously-protective bodyguards.

[Arachaea]

Prime Minister Anika Øie is known for her compassionate and outspoken personality, and her criticisms of neoliberalism and authoritarianism. She is also known for her musical skill at guitar and appreciation of Arachaean comedy. She is also openly lesbian and married to the Arachaean poet, Lileka Foster.

President Harald Stelberg is known for his shyness and passiveness, he spends most of his time in his designated housing in Arachaea City with his wife and kids. He was the owner of a Porthurst Pizza Company before going into politics, which the population finds amusing.

Prime Minister Andrea Earl is a loving, kind woman who aims to provide a more equal and brighter future for all. She is the 3rd Female Prime Minister and has passed legislation protecting the LGBT community, the disabled and insured all genders are treated equally. She has developed the frighteningly efficient economy we have today and is very popular with the public.

[New Axiom]

Cyrus Silva is an ex-special forces operative, ex-soldier, and former brilliant general who commanded the Madigascarian Pacification Campaign, as well as the Arcadian Police Actions of 2005. He is highly trained in hand to hand combat, like all imperial politicians, and he is highly skilled with a wide variety of weapons.

He is a very cold, calculated leader who shows sociopathic tendencies. During the Columbian Wars he ordered the direct targeting of the enemies civilian populous, decimating their productive manpower and winning the war.

His best show of calculated talent was during the Coup of 2006, when he utilized the continuity of government plan to ensure seizing the Emporer position, after a conveniently placed dirty bomb killed most of the government during a public rally.

During a peace conference earlier this year in Blacktaria, Silva himself assaulted and arrested the enemy leader, shooting her in the leg in the process.

His Glorious Majesty, the Emperor Valerion III Vaegalis vay Anogaryen is considered by many to be a great man. A man beyond mortal men. The empire faced revolts and rebellions across the eastern territories during the power transition from the recently deceased Emperor Vaegal, to his son, the newly crowned Emperor Valerion. Valerion dealt with these rebellions swiftly, before they could grow and cause complete insurrection. Having no fear of ordering in heavily armed forces, the rebel groups were cut down in their hideouts and in their homes alike. Those associated to them ideologically or any other deemed to be a potential future threat was arrested also.

Valerion is quite a ruthless man. Anyone or anything that threatens to harm the balance of peace Ephyra strives to maintain is dealt with harshly and without second thought. Thousands toil as slaves of the empire itself, sentenced for their sedition and dissent, to possibly incite riots and more. Those who actively rebel against the empire are shot in action immediately. Those taken alive are usually publicly executed. Valerion has defended against threats both within the empire and from without over the course of more than thirty years of reigning. He is celebrated, loved, and feared. A man of tradition, he took his sister, Rhaessa vie Anogaryen to be his bride as per custom, and fathered on her five children. Taking a second sister as a secondary bride, simply to demonstrate that he could, he fathered six more children. From his first wife he has fathered a son to be his heir, and a daughter to whom that heir would be wed.

Valerion believes it is the Ephyral that make up Ephyra, but that no single man, woman or child is an integral part of it. Only together do they function as one nation. Thus Valerion expects all those who call themselves citizens of the empire to be willing to lay down their lives at any moment he demands. Valerion is also a devout man, encouraging the Great Sacrifice every year to honour the gods. By their favour he rules as Emperor, and thus he maintains that position for himself, for his family, and for his gods. Valerion heads a powerful nation with strong traditions and an inflexible resolve against any and all threats.

Those who meet him come away remarking of his charisma and confidence, and his near fanatic devotion to the eternal protection of Ephyra. He raises his son to succeed him and exceed him, and has essentially laid plans to ensure the empire thrives long after Valerion himself dies. A man who would rule from beyond the shroud of death is a man to rightly fear indeed.

[Herulija]

Haimric of Herulija is a calm, well-educated and soft-spoken man with a witty sense of humor (dark humor though it may be). Like most Herulijans, he is tall and muscular, but thankfully a bit more charismatic. He can be quite an imposing and intimidating figure to people who meet him for the first time.
When speaking to people, he is often direct and to the point, and sometimes coming off as abrasive and mean when dealing with what Herulijans consider "Waikaz" (weaklings). Once people interact with him, they find that he is friendly and honest, but he projects an 'aura' that lets you know he is ruthless, calculating and definitely in charge. One can observe his being and scars, and know that he has been through a lot.

He is a ruthless, bloodthirsty eldritch abomination hell-bent on burning all of creation to the ground and populating its ruins with jellyfish. He also has multiple personality disorder.

[Outer Chinese Haven Socialists]

President Xi has risen through the ranks of the Communist Party by being hard on corruption and earning the approval of the rank and file under his command. As a leader, he is able to give an aura of both calmness and yet seriousness. When meeting in a formal setting such as with other world leaders or military commanders, he will appear like a strict yet caring father. President Xi's true personality appears when he meets with the common people and villagers. He considers it of utmost importance to travel and connect with the masses, making sure to listen to them and try his best to solve whatever problems they appear to be facing. At home, his wife has commented that she does feel as though as if there is another national leader in the house, but a collected and composed husband.

[Tashistan]

President Süleiman Özersai is fiercely populist, nationalist and socialist. He's the leader of the Taṡ Sosialdemokrat Halkċi Parti (Tashi Social Democratic Populist Party, abbreviated TASH Parti). Personality-wise, he's a dominant, deep-voiced figure, who rules with an iron fist. He was democratically elected in 2016, but he is still seen as an illiberal ruler.

[Conservatarian States]

President Xuildran (Zuil-dren) is the 8th President of the United Republic of Conservatarian States, who was elected in 2051. He was elected with 88% of the popular vote, making him the most voted candidate in Conservatarian history. On Election day, there were 3 nominees to chose from. One from the Libertarian Party, One from the Right-Libertarian Party, and One from the Conservative Party. Xuildren is a member of the Right-Libertarian party, and is loved for his Patriotism and his calling to further unify and secure the rights of the public. He is a Filipino and the First Non-Caucasian leader. President Xuildren is a non-practicing Christian, but he advocates for the freedom of religion. He believes the constitution is the most important document for running the country, and it is always the first source he uses to make his decisions. Our leader is 31 years old, and has 2 kids, and a wife. Here is a picture:

Christian Wolff is hated outside G-A. He's known to be very arrogant, constantly mocking other leaders (and sometimes thinking that female leaders are in love with him, and then, he points out that he's married), sarcastic, outspoken, rude and very insensitive. Anyway, he's a prick. In G-A, however, Christian is widely praised because he's a reliable and dedicated leader. And, of course, because he's conservative.

[Butballs]

Cassandra, the official leader of butballs is a very happy person, but also self centered. Taking after her father, she is rarely angry and extremely compassionate. While being loving and happy, her self-centeredness is probably her biggest flaw. When in conversations, they wuickly turn to her life experiences. This got people, especially one of her ex-lovers to be very opposition to her and her entire family.

As a 70-year old leader, Chairman Konstantin Chuikov is experienced and quickly reformed the government to a communism similar to Vietnam, instead of the North Korea model it used to be. This rapidly boosted its economy, as well as his approval ratings. However, there is still accusations that he clamps down on the civil rights in the nation, which he denies.

[Astrolinium]

His Majesty the King is well known for his youthful enthusiasm, (sometimes reckless) spirit of adventure, and unabashed genuineness. He is well known as an icon of LGBT activism in Astrolinium and the greater Aelian Archipelago, as well as being a strong conservationist, spearheading good environmental policy in Astrolinium and advocating for it beyond its borders. There are, of course, those who claim he spends rather too much time on his pleasure yacht touring and going to foreign clubs, but this is a matter of opinion, and there are likewise those who see the value in their king making an effort to be a darling of foreign media. There are also those who would claim that he is merely a puppet of his older advisors, particularly of Foreign Secretary Giovanni Romero, but these are general dismissed as conspiracy theory, as the idea that a King with as quick a temper as His Majesty would let himself be used as a puppet is just a tad silly.

His Supreme Royal Worship, King Yoshio I Rel of Ru, is eight years old and for that reason currently rules through a regent, who is the current Imperial Castellan of Ru. His Grace is generally very bright for his age, already being bilingual in both native Ruvian and english despite most Ruvians not being proficient in english until they enter college.

Though in public he is friendly, excitable, energetic, and very eager to participate in all manner of ceremonial duties and publicity stunts, it has been reported that in private he is actually an introvert who may need long periods of time to himself after a particularly eventful day to avoid falling into a terrible mood, He has a strong sense of humor and can often catch older people around him off guard with it and make them laugh. It is very important to him that he is seen as mature and grownup and takes pains to make himself seem impressive to people who are older then he is, but he has a bit of an ego and can be a bit temperamental at times, with a slight tendency to allow himself to be upset by even minor criticism. He has a strong genuine interest and curiosity in imperial governance and likes to tag along with his regent on meetings and other matters of state, even if he doesn't have a 100% complete understanding of what is going on.

His hobbies primarily include the internet, video games, TV, books, and other "nerdy" interests. He maintains a particularly strong presence online and on social media for a Ruvian monarch and will even stream game play publicly (but warns that he has a tendency to become frustrated or "salty" often with most games he plays, sometimes even quitting them early out of sudden anger, much to the delight of his viewers.) He mostly likes to use the internet for his own entertainment and has said that he actually has other internet handles for when he wants to post or play online games without people knowing who he is. His favorite books to read are fantasy novels such as "A Song of Ice and Fire"

He is a self described "cat person" and owns 2 of them, and is considered good with babies and animals.

His Serene Highness Prince Hans-William III is very nice, thoughtful and considerate, according most of the nearly 37,000 citizens currently living in the country. Prince William III is currently 24 years old and rose to the throne in 2001 after his father, Hans-William "Alois" II, decided to step down after 15 years of rule.

His Serene Highness is known for supporting the Principality's LGBT+ Community, the freedom to practice any religion, and for allocating plots of land across Hemdale for wildlife conservation.
