Those are legal but only because it would be unreasonably intrusive to enforce a ban - the attitude is that this is a horrible and unpatriotic thing to do, but we aren't going to arrest anyone over it because they're allowed to keep their sex lives private.
Percentage of women in your national legislature: Effectively 100%, but only because we don't have a legislature exactly, the ruler is the final authority on everything and the current ruler is a woman. Succession is strictly by birth order, and gender/sex are irrelevant, so roughly half of the rulers have been women. (A little more than half, actually, mostly because we're a bit better at using sneaky tactics to kill those before us in the line of succession, and sneaky tactics tend to work better against heavily guarded people. But the point is that gender has no bearing on ruling eligibility.)
