The ban comes after a trade union burnt down an innocent person's house in Laclan, Eastern Borders. The innocent civilian, who must remain unnamed since they died, lived next door to the union's main employer, who must also remain anonymous.

Employers now have more freedom to sack unproductive workers.

Let's say, it's just somewhat controversal. And can be dangerous... Look, if the corporations get too much power, they just may get out of control and override the state, creating a corporate dictatorship. Economy may boost for a while, but everything has it's price. "Unproductive" is a wide term... and some CEO may deem a worker unproductive if he can't labor for sixteen hours without fainting. They will be literally slaves, who may rebel at any moment, start sabotages, and such. Cops may round them all... but the damages will still be present.

Obviously realizing that the organization of the pony-masses into a single bloc has cut into their vapid desire to accumulate more material wealth, they have acted against the plight of the working masses, with the intention of further exploiting the worker and thereby expediting their inevitable uprising against the Huswyaean bourgeoisie!

Oh, such a vague event! The bourgeoisie must truly be grasping at straws here! While it might be understandable to protect the names of the poor worker unfortunately killed in the class conflict arising from the inherent inequality of the capitalist system of exploitation, the refusal to let the names of the employer or the trade union be released suggest that this is nothing but a figment of the Huswyaean imagination, conjured from their prolonged binge on decadence, to further excuse their unjust persecution of their working class. Until the names of the syndicat and the societé are released, we can safely assume the Huswyaean government is lying to justify their persecution of the communist vanguard, as did the Nazis following the Reichstag Fire. And, of course, witness testimony will be necessary to corroborate the events that occurred, as the Huswyaean government has effectively created an event so vague and unclear as to ensure that it can prohibit ALL activities of the working class, rather than that of, say, the single organization that was using overenthusiastic methods to promote the end of the capitalist system of exploitation.

Again, the Huswyaeans lament the terrible, TERRIBLE act of cutting their profit margins by way of enjoying a fruitful, full life, which in the end also increases worker productivity, should the Husywaeans care for such. Instead, they intend to work their proletariat to the death like dogs, repealing more and more protections until they will undoubtedly realize the falsehoods of capitalism and revolt, to ensure that the communist revolution will spread to another part of this universe, bringing the working class one step closer to universal solidarity against their oppressors.

Here trade unions are legal but must pay compensation to anyone affected by the strike who did not directly cause it by their actions, which stops any large scale strike since *innocent* customers are inevitably drawn in, and the fine is 50 Chingchings a day in compensation to each *innocent person* drawn in. Blacklisting of workers who stir up trouble is also legal. Outright banning trade unions stores up trouble for the future until the nation is a tinderbox waiting for a spark.
