can anyone explain why choosing third opinion ie let local goverment take care of it increase Authoritaism upwards of 20% thats unlogical and plain dumb

Letting local government take control is still letting government take control, which is more authoritarian than having all levels of government stay out of it.

eh read that issue it implies that letting local goverment handle it is stay out of it option
