Here is the OOC discussion thread for sorting out the nitty gritty of our alliance plan? Shortly I will post my framework for the alliance, for you guys to have a gander at

My plan for the WCA:

The WCA comprised of Neprau, Larnion, Krunshtad and Nordlandt. The WCA would be a primarily military, economic and social alliance. The structure of the WCA would consist of:

- The West Crescent Parliament: Comprised of elected representatives from all four member nations, proportionate to population with constituencies drawn up by the WCA Administration Commission. WC MP's will be elected in national groups, (ie the SDEP West Crescent Parliamentary Party) and then further arranged in broader groups, (ie West Crescent Social Democrats and Liberals). The Parliament would propose and vote on legislation and elect Commission Presidents.

- The Commissions: The WCA would have four commissions, the Defence, Economy, Culture and Administration Commission. Each would be responsible for creating legislation to be voted on in the Parliament and enforce legislation, with a President of the Commission being chosen from the Parliament, with each nation heading a Commission on a rotational basis. Defence coordinates ministry affairs, Economic matters of finance and trade, Culture improving awareness and integration between the nations and Administration managing the WCA.

-Council of Presidents: Comprised of the four Commission Presidents. Coordinate efforts of the WCA, and has veto power over WCA matters, by unanimous agreement.

Each piece of legislation would have to pass a vote in the Parliament, go through the Council of Presidents and then be ratified by each member state's executive before coming into law.

All of this would be based in one city, which is as yet unchosen.

Great idea, but about the Commisions - might we actually (if we'd be able to) distribute one of them to each nation for a certain period of time, and then shuffle the departments? It would also mean each department could have its own headquarters. x) You know, that way in case of a terrorist genocidal attack I already foresee Mini is planning we would not have the entire organisation ruined by a single surprise attack

So like, if I'm reading this correctly, have a Commission based in each nation? But who would have what? I like the idea though x)

Indeed. About the distribution, I stated in my first post here that the departments would shuffle after a certain period of time, e.g. every 3 years the Commisions would be re-distributed so the countries would host a different one each term.
