For the past five years wariztan has been ruled the communist party which took power in a military coup and overthrew the monarchy. Civil unrest began when the new communist government tried to modernise the country. The left wing government set a about reforming wariztan by decree, land was taken from large owners and handed to the peasants to the peasants who worked it, women were encouraged to stop wearing veils and were put into literacy classes alongside men. In the countryside the reforms were seen to threaten the ancient customs and the authority of the Islamic priests the mullahs. violence began when the police raided and shut down several mosques for breaching radicalism and anti government messages. Then in major cities including the capital people rioted against the closing of the mosques and other government polices epically women's rights. After weeks of rioting and government crackdowns, dozens of rebel groups started to appear all over the country but epically in the mountainous and more traditional southern and eastern regions of the country, the rebel groups called themselves the mujahedeen and while some were moderate than others they all had the same goal, to overthrow the communist government and replace it with a true Islamic one. Both the government and the rebels have asked for help by the international community as both sides are poorly equipped.

Somewhere in the mountains a mujahedeen group was being addressed by their leader "brothers today is the day we start our jihad against the godless communists and their allies but we need weapons so I propose that we start attacking military convoys carrying weapons and supplies and try to establish contact with other mujahedeen groups and from an alliance against the infidel communist government and enforce sharia to all of wariztan" as he stopped talking the rest of the fighters shouted Allah Akbar and moved to set up ambush positions.

The Benaroon Warships glide into the Wariztani harbors, opening their doors to allow the troops and supplies out. As the troops unload the gear and weapons for the government, the Major walked along the Bow of "The Executor" and views the capitol city of Wariztan . He would reinstate this nation as the Communist Nation it was meant to be. He orders some troops to get in one of the jeeps and take a crate of weapons to a nearby outpost, as a gesture of good faith to the Wariztanis. The War would be easy.

We have heard about the civil war in your nation and after some discussions, We have decided to give you support though financial and military means. We will send in supplies, weapons, ammunition and troops to help you defeat the enemy rebels.

A government convoy carrying hundreds AKs, PKMs, mortars, grenades and rocket launchers was traveling down a highway in the far east surrounded by mountains deep in rebel territory, as they passed through a tunnel bullets were hitting tyres and as the soldiers got out to fire back, a sniper hit one of them in the chest and a machine gun supress the rest of them as the other rebels went to flank them. As the soldiers were just blindly firing into the mountains hoping to hit something, a private saw the rebels behind him and went to tell his squad mates but it was too late as a bullet went through his head and then the other soldiers were gunned down as well. After their victory the mujahedeen stole all the weapons out of the truck and diapered back into the mountains.

The Major gets in his armored car and starts making his way to the capital. He is lightly armed, but is accompanied by his right hand. The right hand is quite the opposite of the Major. As they approach the city, walled by mountains on the side, he starts getting worried about getting jumped.

The city of Al Haoud is in the deep south and has a strong fundamentalist population which supports the mujahedeen had finally revolted against the government and urban fighting began as the rebels asked for other mujahedeen groups to help win the battle against the government forces meanwhile the government has sent 2000 troops and 300 BTRs as reinforcements.

The Benaroon Troops load into the transports and start making their way down to a recent and ongoing battle site. They will assist the Government.

As the troops enter the outskirts of the city of Al Haoud they encountered heavy resistance from the rebels and had to call in an airstrike to hit rebel held areas before they could advance and take some parts of the city back. Meanwhile three thousand Mujahedeen fighters from all groups around the country arrive in the city to take it from government cities.

We are also sending 2,000 walkie talkies and 2,000 pairs of binoculars,

This is for a ready supply of hemp, cotton, wheat, and opium-- the opium must be strong enough and pure enough to be made into hospital morphine for surgery. If this is acceptable, we may also send some advisors.

With their new weapons and 5000 new fighters many of young boys radicalised by clerics in the local mosques, had marched into the city and had overwhelmed the government forces who by this were weak in the city. The remaining government soldiers called for back up before they captured by the mujahedeen and were taken to the police station where they knew they would be executed in a horrible, barbaric manner.

A column of 10 T-72 tanks were on the outskirts of the city ready to take it back from the mujahedeen but little did they know that they were being watched from the mountains were multiple rebel fighters who were armed with anti tank weapons and rocket launches a alimed at the tanks and fired all at once and as the tanks engulfed in flames, the rebels then shouted Allah Akbar several times as they knew Al Haoud was theirs.

In the city of Al Haoud which was in the control of a very fundamentalist group called the talikan who while in control of Al Haoud implemented a very strict interpretation of Islamic sharia law. Women were forced to wear full length burqas and were beaten if not if they did not comply, girl were not allowed to go to school, televisions were smashed and hung out side the city gate, only religious schools were allowed to open and every one was forced to pray at the local mosque. Meanwhile out side the city hall, the mayor, the chief of police, a military general and several government troops and members of the communist party were being hanged by lampposts while the crowd below them shouted Allah Akbar while they were being hung.

The president of Wariztan, nour Aadel taraki gave a speech to address the civil war, he walked up towards the podium and said "comrades, men and women of the revolution, I come here today to address you about the current situation in our country and the multiple rebel groups in our nation. The truth is that these rebels are nothing but bandits and thugs who want to stop all the progress our revolution has brought and take us back to the old, feudal system which had existed for over a thousand years until our revolution destroyed all of that and brought socialism and the future. And our brave military will crush the terrorists and bring peace to our nation." As he walked of the podium escorted by two soldiers into his limo, the crowd stood up and clapped.

Meanwhile in the north, a small outpost near the mountains was being over run by mujahedeen fighters, so the remaining government troops called for air support. A few minutes later a Mi-24/ Hind turned up but it was shot down by an anti aircraft missile and killed everyone inside.

Deep in the south near Al Haoud

The Talikan were taking more towns and outposts and is becoming stronger and stronger everyday as they got more recruits and became more brutal in their way killing prisoners, with some reports of beheading, people being burned alive, being fed to wild dogs, hanging and other inhumane ways of execution. Meanwhile in Al Haoud, the Talikan leader, Mullah Omar Mansour was thinking what to do next, so he decided to contact other mujahedeen groups and propose to form a alliance and he would also write a letter to other countries and ask for their support to help overthrow the communist government and replace it with a "democratic system" which in fact would be sharia law but they didn't have to know that. He got out his pen and wrote.

After a few days of preparing and moving, The task force had finally arrived in Wariztani soil and they would begin military operations shortly. It was composed of 220,000 infantry, 15,000 paratroopers, 230 military advisors, 120 tanks, 205 APCs and IFVs, 25 artillery ,35 attack helicopters, 25 transport helicopters, 40 fighter jets, 30 bombers and 15 transport planes. The supplies meant for the government forces, which was carried in 5 of the transport planes, were composed of 45 crates containing weapons and ammunition, 50 containing food and 35 containing clothing.

A mujahedeen leader was with his men, cleaning their weapons until a messenger came up to him and said, "sir we have news that the Talikan wants to form an alliance with other mujahedeen groups". The messenger then gives the leader the letter, the leader reads the letter and says, "send a letter back accepting their note to form an alliance". "yes sir", the messenger said before walking away.

Meanwhile in the south, the small city of sal talud was being overrun by Talikan fighters and after a fierce firefight, the remaining government forces blocked themselves in the police station and called for reinforcements.
