Official Message from the Papal State of Inderressa

Dear willing participant,
The Inderressan government has today issued a request to all design bureaus and corporations around the world to deliver a proof-of-concept new anti-tank guided missile to counter threats in the modern world not covered by Inderressa's current arsenal. We wish to replace our aging M72 LAWs with a new, innovative design that is cheap, relatively light, and powerful enough to penetrate the armour of a Leopard 2A4 or AMX Leclerc tank (600/700RHAe).
The official requirements are as follows:
- Weight less than (or equal to) 12kg
- Ability to penetrate armour of 700RHAe
- A cost of less than or equal to: £3,040 per unit ($4,000 USD)
- A simple design, easy to mass produce with little advanced industry and quickly able to replace current weaponry
After proof-of-concept is delivered, the Ministry of Defence will deliberate and if accepted tests will begin at the expense of the Inderressan government.

(( Basically, this is a request for a new MANPATS anti-tank missile for the Inderressan military. I wanted to invent a new one but my line art skills are seriously lacking, something I want to change in the future, and I don't really know any ways to innovate in the field of anti-tank missiles without either just packing a load more explosives in or using top-down attacks. ))
