G.M.D Mutual Defense Pact [MT] [CLOSED]

GAUXTIN MILITARY DEFENSE PACT


Why?
Due to recent events that threaten international peace, the Kingdom of Chricoma has called for a mutual defense pact in which in the event of attack on any member nation on other member nations will go to defend the nation that was attacked. We all defend each other.


Still Having Second Thoughts?
If you join and a member is at war you have to fight the enemy as well. This means you have unlimited defense from all member nations no matter what, you can leave the GMD Pact at anytime but why would you if you can always be defended and then also help defend the others.

*1. We do not allow psychotic dictatorships.
1A. If a nation is in the G.M.D before 04/08/2016 that nation will not be affected by rule number one.
1B. If a nation is Communist, minor authoritarian, or even a dictatorship but not too heavy will be allowed
2. We do not fight against civil rights abuses, our pact is isolationist we will only fight if we are attacked or at any kind of war
3. Nations that attack nations within the pact, that nation will be ejected
4. There is no exception to not assisting a member nations other than OOC Events and IC Revolution or Rebellion
*5. All nations must jointly agree before using WMDs in a vote
5A. If all nations given authority vote YES to WMDs then it will still go through.
*6. If a nation wishes to leave must go through the "Ejection Process" first they most give order of ejection. Then the application will be put onto the main page and the majority of nations (not including the leaving nation) must vote yes. Then they are given a week to official say they are leaving in the main page if they fail to leave within that week that nation must go through the process again.
6A. Nations may request extra time to leave, they may request this up to 5 times.

How strong would you say your military is on a scale of 1-10: Would say that it could be an 6 as of now, but in about a year's time, after the policy takes place, it would be an 8.
