RP Plot Summary:
Tensions between Mes and Shimazu Teikoku have reached an all time high, any former positive relations between the 2 nations is now in tatters (totally didn't borrow lines from Whitmore war

of the last canon). Drastic measures have been taken.

After this break down of relations, both now see the solution to preserve their sovereignty and achieving their objective by the force of arms.

The reasons into the cause of this breakdown of relations and the outcome of this war remains to be seen and will decided through the course of this war by the players(no duh).

Hi guys, this is Bering. We were supposed to start the IC today, but due to some issues with factbooks, some characters need time to rearrange their militaries and get everything accepted. So we will be starting tomorrow so we can get time to organize everything.

So i stumbled upon this factbook http://www.nationstates.net/nation=shim ... /id=664858 but I'm not sure how any of the goods are to get to shim with the blockade in place. (I will act icly as if IDK any of this) The blockade would most definitely ask any submarines to ID themselves and state their purpose so I don't think shim should be able to have these, not without the nation giving shim the subs making an IC post of attacking the MC blockade. Furthermore with shim going total war economy I would classify oil as a military good and would turn any oil away from shim (pretty much only food and medicine are allowed past, though that is by no means a list of all that can go to shim).

The point of most subs is to sneak around things like blockades, so them making it to Shimazu isn't impossible. They would likely find a way to sneak under the blockade since for obvious reasons your ships can't cover all of the coastline and water around Shimazu. Ultimately it would depend on how the ships and sub are maintaining the blockade and how Shimazu plans to sneak around it (or in this case, under it). Ultimately their arrival is something to be RPed, unless of course Shimazu plans on using them as raiders of some sort for his own purposes which is another story entirely.
