An Act to eliminate the recent surge of bad thigs happening in Elizia

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Head of the State, by and with the counsel of the Government, and the authority of the Federal Parliament by virtue of the powers placed upon it by the Law, as follows:

§1 – Ban on Bad Things
1. Puts into place a formal ban on bad things

1. Any Elizian found to be in violation of the ban by partaking in bad things is to be taken into custody and beheaded by the Federal Police.
2. The ban shall remain in effect until all bad things are gone.

I'd suggest adding a clause that also punishes trying to turn people into Bad People who would do Bad Things. That's a truly heinous sin.

I know it sounds boring, but it can have very interesting power politics maneuvering and so on, the likes of it you won´t see in the regular democratic political RP. You can have people who want to move more to freedom or hardliners, backdoor deals and investigations by the state police.
