The delegates have arrived in the meeting hall and all is set, first up to make their case about how the conflict shall be resolved and the future of ethiopia are the Union of Lesser Soviet republics:

Lord Overseer Smith: Order in the convention, First speaking is the The Union of Lesser Soviet Republics delegate, please discuss how you think the conflict best ought be resolved, and how Ethiopia is to be rebuilt in the form of Government and Infrastructure.

"The conflict should be resolved with the withdrawal of most of the forces" The diplomat answered. "The remaining few would stay for peacekeeping. As for the form of government, it would depend on the people of Ethipioa if they either want to be a democratic republic, a socialist state or any other form of government. In infrastructure, as we are responsible for the damages and destruction caused by the conflict, We should help in rebuilding their roads, houses, factories and other infrastructures."

For a few moments silence ensued, delegates and their assistants hastily took down notes in their notepads of the statement.

"We agree. Since the peace treaty shouldn't offend any side, we should ensure, that Ethiopian people can have fair election or referendum, where they can choose, what government they want to have. So both communist and capitalists have equal chances."

"Also we would like to issue, that we should prevent new possibilities of oppression in Ethiopia, since it lead once to that war, which killed many innocent civilians, and inflicted severe damages to infrastructure and economy. We should ensure, that Ethiopians have at least basic rights, and possibility of development."

"We at The Hoosier Alliance would love for this war to end. We came here in force to take down a communist regime and give the nation back to the people. The Hoosier Alliance is willing to fund repairs to infanstrucre, factories, etc. We call for remaining troops to be only peace keepers and to hold fair and open elections and to ensure the government never falls to communists again. We also demand the Lesser Soviets hand over any information about the nuclear blast. This extends to anyone else who may know anything. Thank you, and God bless."

The general said "I want full reparations from every country that invaded us, for this war has destroyed our cities, ruined our economy and has left over one million of us dead, we overthrew a dictator and tried to install democracy in our country and this is what we get, we are not happy at all."

Overseer Smith: Okay , up next we have the Former Alpine Nations we have shown up with a delagate.

"Thank you, Overseer. Peace is the Board of Corporations primary objective at this point, and the Corporations would gladly assist in rebuilding Ethiopioa, but there is a glaring problem here. We have two unknown nations that have harnessed Weapons of mass destruction. Our highest priority should be rebuilding, then finding out who decided to kill five thousand Hoosier soldiers, three thousand Alpines, and an unknown amount of civilians. The Former Alpine Nations, for one, will not rest until the nation that commited those war crimes are found and prosecuted by international law."

The crowd paused took more notes and they all stared at Overseer Smith for Skellig's peace.

Overseer Smith paused ,adjusted his microphone before speaking.
"It is clear what we need to do from those speeches. One thing that correlated was that we each wanted an independent referendum done to poll the people of Ethiopia on what they want their future to be, So that is what will be. We will also each as a nation pledge 2 billion dollars at ethiopias demand to help rebuild their infrastructure, if all 5 of us do that. They will have 10 billion dollars.

The former alpine nation desire investigations in to the deaths of their operatives, and that will be done. The Skellig Nation will send an investigation team to get to the bottom of it, Does any nation object to this?'

"Yes we fought there, but it all was because our humanitarian aid convoy was attacked along with nearby civilians, who we tried to protect from both sides. But still, we will agree to those terms and we will add another 4 billion to initial sum, since we are pretty rich nation with thriving economy. Not as reparations, but as foreign aid."

Overseer Smith wiped hsi face with a hankerchief before speaking,
'Whilst I understand your concerns, yes you did fight against communism. But yes you did fight for democracy, are you in spite of those men dying, going to reject the democratic rights of the people of Ethiopia to elect a communist government?'
