Xeilos, a town renowned for it's peace and safety. The streets were filled with soldiers, marching to the near Fort Hope, while the merchants were at the sides, making their profit. It was an average day...that was gonna change

"BREAK YOURSELVES!" yelled an unknown man in the crowd. He appeared to be wearing a black uniform, quite like the ones the New Communist And Socialist Unions Special Forces used. Suddenly, 5 more CSU soldiers walked into the building, all armed to the teeth.
The soldier in black, grabbed the mayor, Mayor William Grant, who at the time wasn't guarded. The soldier in black, then took out a pistol, and shot the two security guards who had backed away from the armed men. "Let it be known, that Cthulu, and the people of the CSU, shall rise again!" said the man in black. He then shot the mayor, 3 times, with his Colt. They then ran out into a green military jeep and fled. The town was speechless. No guard did jump, no man did hum, it was silent.
