This will be an RP following the men of Easy Company, 2nd Battalion of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division, through the struggle to liberate Europe from the Third Reich. Whether or not you play as someone from the Book/Television Series is entirely up to you. We will begin in 1944, just prior to the Invasion of "Fortress Europe".

This RP is heavily inspired by a previous Band of Brothers RP that was run by the now former nation of Perfidus.

Biography (Minimum of 1 paragraph, including training):

Daniel was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 20th, 1923, and grew up in a lower class family. His father, Hugh Maxson, was an alcoholic, and a Veteran of World War I and struggled greatly through the Great Depression that hit the United States when Daniel was still young. His mother, Julia, was a nurse who was usually the one putting food on the table, which attributed to his father's excessive drinking. Daniel had an older brother, William, and a younger sister, Brianna, as well, who he stayed close to through their struggle as a family. Though, Daniel and Will were known for getting into trouble. As young boys, Daniel and Will would steal bread and fruits from various stands to quench the hunger that many times wasn't satisfied at home, though eventually, the two young boys were taken in by a kind, old baker who they stole from: Mr. Alistair, who let them work in his shop for a small wage. Though, it wasn't the money that mattered-- Mr. Alistair sent the boys home with a basket of fresh bread each night.

When Daniel was 15 his father was killed in a head on vehicle collision, leaving the children's' mother to raise them and provide for them on their own. Daniel, Will, and Brianna alike poured most of their salaries from work into helping pay the bills and keep food on the table, but this was at the expense of working extra shifts, and not being able to fully immerse themselves in their education. While Brianna managed to keep decent grades, Daniel and Will had a D Average by 11th grade. Though, it was in their Senior year, that their lives would change completely. On December 7th, 1941, Japan launched the fatal attack on the American base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, thus dragging the United States into the global conflict it had fought so hard to stay out of. Soon after the attack on Pearl Harbor, the Nazis declared War on America, and the US began to prepare itself for War. Daniel and William wanted to join the Army straight away, but they were still in school, so the two boys would eagerly complete their senior year and together, enlisted in the United States Army.

When the time came to ship out, Daniel and William were met with tears from their mother and sister, who feared the worst would happen, and Daniel still hasn't forgiven himself for pushing his mom off of him to board the bus. Daniel left his mother, his sister, and his beloved Millie behind to go to War... Daniel and William were both offered the opportunity to join a new military program called "Airborne"-- jumping out of planes into the battlefield. Daniel was terrified of heights, but it paid $50 more a month, and Daniel put his fears aside to give his mother the best check he could. William, however, did not join the Airborne program, and the brothers were split up as Daniel went to train with the 82nd Airborne, and Will was placed in the 1st Infantry Division. In training, Daniel showed exceptional combat and leadership skills, and when the time came to go to War, Daniel was ready.

Daniel would then go on to participate in Operation Husky, the Invasion of Sicily, and fought tooth and nail in Italy up until the until he was transferred to the 101st Airborne, and sent to England to begin training for the largest invasion in the history of Warfare. Now, Daniel sits idle by, waiting for the opportunity to take the fight back to the Nazis and invade Fortress Europe.

Biography: Robert Keohler was born in Waterford, Pensylvania on August 9th, 1910 to parents of German and Irish ancestry. He worked at the family car shop fixed cars for most of his life. He joined the Army in 1942, following the Japanese Attack on Pearl Harbor, and eventually ended up signing up for the Paratroop Infantry. He arrived at Toccoa in mid-August 1942 and was assigned to Company E, 2nd Battalion, 506th PIR. Along with the rest of the unit, he also trained at Camp Mackall, North Carolina. Upon completing training, the 506th then sailed to England, arriving there on 15 September 1943. The unit has since continued training in anticipation of the Invasion of Hitler's "Fortress Europe".

Biography:
He was born in Lexington to an old, wealthy horse farming family. He spent lots of time out on the Drayton estate, working with horses and around the farm, much to the disliking of his parents, who were very much a part of Lexington's upper social strata. Despite this, Ossie did lots of manual labor, but also studied hard in school, where he took naturally to science.

His parents wanted their children to become a part of the Kentucky gentry, but Ossie wanted to go to college and become a doctor. It turned out alright when his baby brother was born, and his parents began grooming him to take over the family estate. So Ossie went off to the University of Kentucky, where he got his BA in biology. Then he went off to North Carolina State University for veterinary school at the behest of his parents, where he attended two years towards his degree. His parents put a lot of pressure on him in a passive-aggressive manner to try and get him to drop out, in a last ditch effort to stop their son from taking his own path. They found him a girl they wanted him to marry, some other Kentucky horse class family's daughter. He refused to even SEE her, so his patents refused to keep paying for veterinary school. Then the war came, and he decided to enlist, as he was out of options.

The army saw his background, so he attended 16 week combat medic training in addition to basic. Realizing he could make 50 dollars more and have more adventure than he could ever have imagined, Ossie became a paratrooper. He went to Camp Mackall, NC, and is now being shipped off to England with Easy Company.

Biography (Minimum of 1 paragraph, including training): Stefano was born in New York to a pair of newly immigrated Italians. He and his two older siblings were raised in all ways that are standard of an Italian family. Pride in his own roots was important and despite his parents having fled from the fascist regime just a few years earlier, they too loved their motherland. They hoped for a future with freedom for Italy, even if they could do little themselves to make it happen.

As time went by each of Stefano's siblings went their own way. The oldest, Carolina, hoped to become a dancer while the middle child, Pietro, followed in his own parent's footsteps by taking a position in the family bakery. Eventually it became Stefano's turn to forge his own path. Being more academically inclined, he longed to attend one of America's prestigious universities. Instead, he found himself with little money and forced to take up an apprenticeship of his own.

Stefano was not particularly skilled at the art of baking that his older brother picked up much more easily. It frustrated the young man and with the outbreak of war such frustration only increased. With more and more demand and less supplies the job within the bakery became a stressful one. Stefano was certain he reached his breaking point, feeling he had no choice but to leave it behind. Instead, he enlisted in the military, remembering all his parent's stories about Mussolini and how they had become enemies of his regime. He knew that was where he needed to be: on the frontlines fighting for freedom from the fascist forces of Europe.

Naturally, getting to the frontlines was no easy task. Training proved strenuous and difficult for Stefano who was less physically inclined than the rest of his comrades. However, despite his struggles in the more physical aspects, there was at least one area in which the boy excelled: he was an excellent shot, focusing intensely on his targets with minimal distractions. He also showed some degree of fearlessness, unbeknownst at the time making him a perfect candidate for the Airborne Unit.

Having continued his training and becoming more fit in the process, Stefano found himself shipped off to Europe at last. Thrown amongst a bunch of men he has never met, he has worked on getting to know them. He knows that very soon they would be fighting tooth and nail alongside each other, but the boy could not wish for much more than to do his part in a battle he knew his own parents were powerless to take up.

Biography: Born in North Carolina, Kenny was raised in a poor family. He was the oldest of five children, and lived in a small house just outside of the city. He enlisted as soon as he graduated high school, lying about his age enlisting three months before his seventeen birthday. He went through basic in Fort Jackson SC, excelling in his unit. After being stationed in many non-combat rolls in the years leading up to World War Two, and being promoted a few times, he was reassigned to 82nd Airborne for training. He fought on the front lines in Italy, but lost a lot of good friends along the way.

He was promoted to Sergeant First Class and once again reassigned, this time to the 101st. He's been training ever since for the upcoming invasion. People have been calling it the Invasion of "Fortress Europe," which honestly scares the shit out of Kenny. He just hopes that he will live long enough to set feet on European soil so maybe the last paycheck he sends home to his family will be slightly larger.

Truth. I prefer having low ranking characters in these sorts of RPs. It allows them to experience the shock of being thrown into the battlefield for the first time and such.

OP said I could be a SFC in the old OOC. Don't know why I said SSG in my app.

And for the spelling, well, you misspell one word once, and my iPad's autocorrect assumes that every word that's remotely similar must be spelled that way :/ I'll fix it.
