This is not punished through the judicial system. HOWEVER, Galactic Enforcers (the organization responsible for keeping order in the Galaxies) have a great deal of autonomy to do their jobs, and many GE's will be happy to use lethal energy weapons on a suspect that is non-cooperative, fleeing or combattive.

We do not rely on verbal evidence in the Galaxies. There are cameras everywhere, so the court sees everything.

Courts are guarded by heavily armed GE's. It is almost guaranteed that anyone who tries to create a disturbance will be swiftly neutralized.

Judges have a great deal of discretion in their judgments, so most who appear before them will not be stupid enough as to incur their wrath.
