I remember my first few FPS's. I grew up with Star War Battlefront (The 2004 one..), COD Finest Hour and MOH Frontlines. All three were amazing games.
I later got SWBII, and it still entertains me to this day.

I have 600 hours on battlefield games, 200 hours on call of duty games, and 550 hours on TF2. I no longer play games but they were fun.

I played the living fuck out of Battlefront (1 and 2), along with MOH Frontline. Never played COD finest hour. First COD I ever played was MW2. The only reason I play COD these days is for Zombies

I've played FPS all my life but never got heavy into it until about two years ago. I was honestly interested for Infinite Warfare, but seeing that Battlefield 1 will be the first major AAA release for World War One, it just gripped me. I'm super excited to get it.

Battlefront is 3rd person shooter m8. Anyways, FPS is not my favorite genre, honestly I prefer 3rd person. Games like Freedom Fighters, Red Faction: Guerilla ect.

But since this is about 1st Person shooters, probably my first favorite FPS was Goldeneye for the 64. But I liked the game better than the genre. Then the next notable FPS games I played was MOH: Frontline I believe and MOH: Rising Sun.

Rising Sun was my favorite shooter on my Gamecube by far(1st person that is) but again the FPS genre did not really make an impression until I got the original XBox. The best FPS games of that console gen called the XBox home.

Far Cry: Instincts
Star Wars: Republic Commando
Doom 3

Eh, technicality. To me it plays massively like a 3rd person. I personally never used the first person mode and never saw anyone else use it. Forgot it existed til you brought it up.

Thats right. Loved the first two, but I went with Nintendo Power this gen so I never played the newest one. But I almost bought a PS4 just to get it.

Thats what I keep hearing. But then again I purchased, played and beat Sonic Boom...

When I first got it, it was good for five matches, until it got boring. When the Jakku Map Pack was released, the new mode made me play another five until it again got boring. Now, DICE have gone full EA on the extra maps.

My top three modes on the new Battlefront are:

1. Turning Point
2. Walker Assault
3. Blast

I prefer SWBII by far. I remember how much easier it was to get a vehicle. The old ones usually had MUCH more action.
I wish they could re-add the old Class System and the old way to get vehicles. I do miss the endless explosions and noise.

I'm currently into Battlefield 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Red Orchestra 2, and Project Reality (Even though I don't have a mic) as of now.

3063 hours in TF2, 356 hours in CS:GO, unknown amount in BF1942, Battlefield 2, CS:CZ.

I'm interested in BF1 though.
