The year is 2050 and the world has changed drastically. New nations have risen and old ones have fallen. With the USAs collapse left the chance for many nations to grow from this chaos. China took over Taiwan and Japan rebuilt itself into an empire. The Middle East became a hell hole and many parts of Asia are not doing so well. Even with this chaos there have been many scientific advancements and medical break throughs. The UN is gone and NATO no longer exists. Nations work on their own merits and new alliances have been formed.

- no more than 1200 nukes unless one of the big three and then there will be no more than 5000
- this isn't 2016 so most nations are nothing lime they use to be

(As for the space program, there is a Swiss flag on the Moon, a small space station, and a military satellite network, but not much else yet)
Number of nukes: 50. The first one was tested in 2044. Switzerland is far behind the rest of the world, but is building more quickly. Switzerland is supposed to have 1000 by 2060.

Nation info: In the 2030's, the USA and the EU collapsed, and the world went into a second Great Depression, even worse than the first, due to looming oil shortages. Switzerland was one of the few countries that held it out, but surrounding nations quickly began plotting to take the huge amount of wealth and economic potential that was Switzerland. (Neighboring countries had a lot less money, and a lot more KABOOM.) IN 2032, Italy invaded Switzerland. The government quickly collapsed, but a new, fascist, heavily militarized resistance drove the Italians out by 2040 and pushed into Italy, taking over most of northwest and North-central Italy,except for the coast(The Aosta Valley, Piedmont, and Lombardy, and Trentino Alto Adige). Switzerland also conquered Austria and Liechtenstein. Financial problems also caused Slovenia to become a de facto vassal. Parts of Catalonia are considering joining.

Nation info: After the collapse of the USA, Japan nearly collapsed aswell. In order to preserve its sovereignty, Japan militarized and formed the Imperium of Japan. In 2035, they invaded the Korean Peninsula in a Lightning War and the invasion lasted for 2 years, ending in the surrender of the North Korean Government. Japan confiscated the nuclear weapons held by North Korea and their research and began developing their own nuclear weapons program. In 2039, they tested their 1st nuclear weapon and began stockpiling and producing Nuclear Weapons.

In 2041, they invaded and annexed the Marianas, developing it into a Military Stronghold. In 2044, Japan invaded the Philippines and captured Manila in a day. The Invasion of the Philippines lasted for a month but Guerilla Forces are still present. In 2046, Japan developed their first line of Mechanized Infantry and Support, effectively replacing Tanks in the Battlefield. Military Research was increased by Japan after the development. In 2047, Papua New Guinea was annexed by Japan. By 2048, Japan had developed over 800 Nuclear Weapons and expected to reach up to 1,000 in 2050.

Also Anime and Manga is still present seeing that it's a profitable industry

They developed their own nuclear program and space program during this time. They are the economic super power besides China as of now. They Have a huge navy and airforce and their army is now considered very large.

Also accepted also we should be allies as we control the south pacific and its two major powers. But im a little concerned over that Papau new Gineau territory.
