War of the 10-nation alliance (Nadeyatsya)

With the DU failure to peacefully disband a massive coalition of nations have assembled to forcefully dismantle the trouble-child that is the Delian Union. Sjealand, Roelandia, Exaequatio, Galbeon, Arkisteran, Nickel Empire, Belham, Kubraria, Ilmenia and Vernicht have all pledged to assemble in a UN-supported coalition to once and for all destroy the Delian Union and bring peace to the world.

A red flare slowly arose from Mont Blanc, illuminating the snow-covered mountain. Major Wilmuth Svein Kvarsson nodded to the comms officer who signalled the waiting troops. Helicopter rotor-blades began spinning as the awakened Sjealandian troops stormed out of the barracks they had used for the war-games. In the night Jas-39's and F-35's took off from their bases, making their way to the border.

As they reached to border to Vituly, dozens of missiles were let loose as they Sjealandian fighters engaged the Vitulians. Border-stations, vehicles and military buildings were targeted as the jets softened up the Vitulians. Above them AC-130's heavily bombarded the Vitulians hoping to use the surprise to their advantage. With the border softened up CH-47 Chinook's carrying elite troops and tanks slowly flew across the border, landing at strategic positions and setting up forward bases so they were ready for the troops, artillery and armor on land who were making their way to the border.

Eastern Vitulian sea
The Sjealandian Iver Huitfeldt frigates were diverging their course from the war-games to Vituly, firing their rockets and missiles at Vitulian ports so to hamper their naval ability. Some nautical miles ahead of them Absalon-class support ship's and leviathans were escorting 3 aircraft carriers and 8 troop transports on their way to north-western Vituly. The Absalon's had already fired a couple rockets, but were no longer not firing, hoping to focus on intercepting any potential DU planes and missiles. The carriers had sent out a few very fast jets to scout out the area ahead of them of hostile ships or potential landing sites.

Orders had already arrived from Sjealand to leave the western Vitulian ports unharmed so that Sjealandian vessels would be able to refuel and dock in the area once the Vitulians were defeated, reinforcements were already being mobilised in Sjealand and would be sent to Roelandia by train through the alps.

The Nickelian Carrier forces were moving out from their Arkisteran docks supported by a light fleet and a super carrier. Dozens of jets were taking off with their mission to wreck western Hesperia and make way for future assaults.

Aegean sea, Roelandian/Ophiusan border

In a coalition strike the Roelandian army performed a repeat of operation mangusta.
The operation was off course modified to account for this particular situation.
An attack took place on the Delian wall at two points along the Ophiusan coast assisted by drones, bombers and submarines the landing forces made their way towards the beach that was already pretty hammered by the use of Thermobaric warheads before the attack began.
The landing force was also supplied by brand new equipment, most of which was the result of the Roelandian switch to a permanent war economy. The capabilities of these new vehicles remain classified however.

The Roelandian navy has acted swiftly as Velapess and Leviathon class stealth ships have blockaded the Ophiusan fleet in their ports at night.
While the rest of the fleet was either supporting the landing operation or covering the operations flank. Many ships were also deployed alongside the Roelandian coast in a defensive formation.
As the assault on the Delian wall opened, at the Arkisteranian/Ophiusan border the Roelandian legion alongside their Arkisteranian brothers crossed over into Ophiusan territory, the Roelandian legion went into battle being fully equiped with state of the art weaponry supplied by arms companies from all over Roelandia.

In the skies
A massive drone bomber army was headed towards the capital of Ophiusa and strategic sites in Hesperia to destroy the enemies fighting capabilities and morale. Over Urbs Patrea a spaceplane was deployed, bypassing several air defense sites and dropping it's payload on the HQ of the Hesperian military. In other places, naval bases were beign targeted, arms and munition factories bombarded and communications capability disrupted.

Communique to Vituly and Escosir
The government of Roelandia, adressing the nations of Vituly and Escosir would like to inform your governments of Roelandia's refusal to invade both your nations as it is confident that you both will see reason and not retaliate to the coalitions efforts to disband the now deemed illegal DU. We hereby request that you leave the DU at this moment.
We firmly believe that better relations are possible between our peoples and we would very much regret refusal to this humble request.

[Russo-Byzantine Empire]

Catherine III, Tsarina of the Russo-Byzantine Empire, put down the report. "Why, pray tell," she asked, "are we not in this coalition?"
"If I could hazard a guess, Majesty," replied Nikolai Antonov, the Prime Minister, "it might have been on the RMB and the player didn't see it, because Chemistry is a bitch."
"What?"
"Never mind," Antonov quickly backpedalled. "Regardless, its not too late to join. I'm sure the Alliance would be glad to have us. Shall I arrange for a missive to be sent out to the Alliance?"
"Immediately," Catherine replied. "Mobilize the military as well."
With a bow, the Prime Minister exited the room.

While we are not officially part of the alliance, we would be glad to help with its destruction, as we have clashed with it many times in the past. Thus, we would like to officially enter this alliance, to better facilitate cooperation against the Delian League.

HIMS Dogson
Grand Admiral Andrei Suvurov, the Chief of the navy, took up positions towards Guppychal. Geography dictated that Guppychal would be the primary opponent of the Empire in this war. Thus, the aircraft carriers were readied, as line after line of jet fighters and bombers prepared to take off.
