Canine and Feline anthromorphic species (plasuible reptilian overlords)

I'd prefer a planet of sorts. It would also bode well for future expansion too

Maybe not necessarily like Earth, but I'd like it to have similar climatic ranges

But I mean, if you're strongly for that vision, two things:

1) I gotta change the nation I use for this region
2) Explain your concept to me a bit more. What do you want this region's end plan to be (like, how do you want it to look like after all the set up an whatevs)

I believe the government(national) should be non-invasive, only stepping in to collect taxes, or make a decision on something massive.
