You may have come across that complex in Vernon Heights, outside the city of Fitzpatrick. You know, the bunch of English Colonial brick buildings that stood out from the rest of the suburbs, the one on Richmond Street. At first glance you may think it was some rundown college that was built here. Okay, well it was the site of a small college at one point, but it moved elsewhere. Anyways, this campus is now a boarding school, an all-girls secondary school to be exact. This is Shepard All-Girls Academy.

You may be asking, "What's so great about it? How do I get in?" For one, it is one of the city's most prestigious high schools, and accepting of students from different backgrounds and circumstances. Don't worry about the tuition, it's affordable. It has excellent facilities that help facilitate a healthy learning environment, along with qualified teachers and staff. Not to mention that it has produced some of the smartest female students in Fitzpatrick! Oh? You already got enrolled? Well, good for you!

It's the beginning of a new semester for a new school year, and the students are going to come from all over the city. Some students arrive as new faces here, others are coming back. One thing's for sure, it's going to be one hell of a year.

Hello there! Storm here with yet another school roleplay, because we can never get enough of those in P2TM. Welcome to My Classmate's Epicene Look! Users of all skill levels and writing styles are welcome to apply, so go ahead and join. As a player you will be playing the role of a high school student attending this academy, or if you want to actually do it, play a trap student who got accepted. Chances are that the administration might find out you're not female, but that's a long shot.

This will be a mainly sandbox RP, perhaps even slice-of-life, but there will be certain events such as school festivals and examinations that may be considered railroad events. Players are free to conduct any kind of story line they want, though ones that would drastically alter the setting would need the explicit permission of the OP. Oh, and humans only. Sorry.

Since this is a lighthearted and laid-back RP, you can take your sweet time in posting, but you should post at least once a week. Hopefully we can have a good time, and a good year as well.

As stated, all players of all skill levels and writing styles are welcome to apply. Please use the app template provided below. If you are accepted, you are expected to post regularly at least once a week. If your character has been inactive for four weeks, she will be dropped from the RP. OP and his Co-OPs may only control NPCs, particularly the faculty and staff of the school. The OP has sole power in accepting applications, and Co-OPs can only recommend a certain decision for the OP to take concerning a pending app. No self-insert characters allowed.

Character Bio:
Shiraishi Hamatachi was born in Nara, Japan, and grew up in a family with a single parent. Her father died to cancer when she and her brother were infants, and their mother single-handedly brought them up herself, often neglecting her health for her children.

Hama had an average childhood, never being the outstanding girl except in sports like swimming and gymnastics, where she often competed in Regional competitions and was a regular in Nationals where she often ranked in the middle. Often teased by her brother and his friends about her chest, Hama has developed a contempt for boys and their perverted mannerisms, often hanging out with her fellow friends and turning down plenty of requests for dating.

When she was 15, Hama's mother finally struck the national lottery, and decided to have Hama sent overseas for advanced studies. As Hama waited at the airport, she realised that her mother and brother were also packing up, only that her brother was going overseas to start a business, while her mother was taking a three-month holiday, finally free from her two little brats.


Personality: Hamatachi could be known as the sporty student, who prefers physical activities over academics. Despite that, she always pays attention in class, and does her homework diligently, often helping her friends in their revision. Socially, Hamatachi prefers to be called 'Hama', a shortened form of her name and easier to be pronounced by different languages and accents. She makes friends easily, and dislikes bullies. Because she had a brother back home who often teases her, Hamatachi has grown with the youthful contempt of boys. She has never dated.

Character Bio: Born to an Indian couple who had recently immigrated to America, Vena lived a relatively box-standard life, mostly. She was constantly disinterested and disillusioned with the world, leading her to be ostracized from the other children her age, Vena developed a habit of hiding in books, which only served to further isolate her from her peers. Eventually, it came to light that she had a peculiar defect, which in essence, restricted her ability to think properly as she had a startlingly low blood sugar. This led to the creation of "morning" Coffee, who had earned the nickname from her preferred beverage which she drank almost exclusively. Morning Coffee was constantly sleepy, tired, cold, and always absorbed in a book. After lunchtime, by which she had received enough nutrients from the food and drink that she thought overly clearly. This was "afternoon" Coffee, who was a more boyish and interested character, though many mistake her for a boy when this happens, as she ties her hair up in a bun, and was for a time considered a troublemaker. Because of this, people generally are wary about "morning" Coffee, but attracted to "afternoon" Coffee.
Personality: Generally bookish, cold, and softspoken. She trusts no-one, but once you befriend her, she's a friend for life. However, because of her appearance and cold attitude, she is commonly seen as imperious, even mysterious, by the girls of the school.

Character Bio: (When she was a young warthog!) She was born in the probably great city of Fitzpatrick. She was an only child. Her father worked as a marine biologist, and her mother was an architect.
She was always pretty good. Good at most things. She was at least good at half of things she usually did. Breathing, walking, talking... yeah, pretty good. She was especially good at music things, too.
Anyways, her life wasn't very interesting. It was a pretty good life. Good in most things. That's pretty much it.
Oh yeah, and she's in that academy. That's cool.
Personality: Calm, laid back, and friendly, although at times she can be rather stressed. Unless she has animals nearby.

She's in lesbians with you. Well, not you specifically, but... yeah.

Character Bio: Alis grew up in Wales, United Kingdom. His father was a rather well known and influential politician in Wales, and because of this, she learned a lot about politics at a young age, and had quickly formed opinions on the politics of Wales. By the time she was ten she had started to keep an eye on politics and whatnot. Similar to her father, she believed that everyone had rights and would often state that with pride. When she was twelve she showed major support for the LGBT, getting to the point where she wore rainbow armbands in school to show she supported them. She often argued against things she saw as unfair when going to school, and had grown a nasty reputation with the teachers because of this, but she didn't care.

When she was thirteen she had started to experiment with her own sexuality. She was rather curious about her attractions to either males or females or both, so she decided to experiment. She had a couple girlfriends and a couple of boyfriends, experimenting to see what she liked. She often just broke up with people who she felt she didn't have a connection with, but quickly moved onto the next one. What was the point of dating someone if you didn't feel a connection with them? Anywho, her little experiments had lasted for a long while, and they would have lasted longer if she wasn't being sent off to some school overseas. Her father had decided that she should go to a better school, and had signed her up to go to this academy. It wasn't long until she packed her bags and headed off to the new academy.
Personality: A confident and independent young woman, Alis is not afraid to say what's on her mind. She doesn't care about what people think about her choices in life or her opinions. She's big on fighting for the rights on others and will often get involved in politics. Heck, she'd probably love to talk to people about politics or other things, but she usually doesn't find many people that care to talk about that. She loves engaging in debates and arguments and can easily hold up a debate.
Likes and Dislikes: Likes politics, equality, saying what's on her mind, hearing other people's opinion, debating and cats. Dislikes most sports, people lacking intelligence, being forced to do something and spicy foods.

Character Bio: Molly is a girl captured by wanderlust, having never stayed in one place for too long. However, this is more due to the whims of her parents, rather than her own personal preference. With her father being an executive consultant for a powerful firm, and her mother a human interest photographer, Molly has been to every continent at least once, and would require her fingers, toes, and ears to count the number of houses she's moved into and out of. While this would spark a deep insecurity and feeling of isolation in some, Molly has taken it in stride, and never let her frequent "new-kid" personas or the sudden loss of friends deter her optimism. She keeps with her a phone with all of their names, numbers, and e-mails, after all. Moving around so often gave the young girl a sense of global perspective, and allows her to be incredibly friendly and open to others.

On her 15th birthday, her concerned parents determined that their lifestyle simply wasn't suitable for a growing teenager. They felt as though she needed a permanent home, a place where she could cultivate long-lasting relationships and encourage self-growth. So, in the autumn of last year, Molly was enrolled in Shepard All-Girls Academy, where she has lived happily for a year.

Personality: At first glance, some may assume Molly to be much younger than she actually is. This isn't due to her slightly shorter-than-average stature or pixie-cut hair, however, but her bright, bubbly personality. Molly is the first to introduce herself, the first to participate in an activity, and the first to bring chocolate and your favorite DVD to your dorm when you're sad. Molly detests seeing her friends upset more than anything, and is always willing to do something outlandish or whimsical to make someone feel more comfortable. An eternal optimist, Molly seems to never be down, although she certainly has struggles of her own that she internalizes. It's hard for people to dislike her; she harbors no prejudices, doesn't mind swear words or dirty jokes (even though she doesn't make them often herself), and organizes the best sleepovers. Where some see a flighty, naive child, Molly's true friends see her for the caring, considerate, and selfless human being she aspires to be every day. Molly has never dated, and is pansexual.

Character Bio:
Jaquelle had a tragic, tragic childhood. He started in abject wealth and success. His family had managed to thrust themselves into the stock market, real estate, and lobbying; they were some of the more intensive lobbyists, actually. Of course, their actions were disclosed after being quite lucrative in their spending—they didn't actually think they could be caught. A shift in the political power of the region lead to them losing any governmental assistance. Later, an economic decline lead to their downfall.

The tragedy came in the form of losing his affluency. He and his family were swallowed into poverty. His caviar and not caring for hobos came to an end. Now he can only eat plain white rice, or noodles, or bread crust. He revels at the chance to have salt on his rice. soy on his noodles, sugar on his bread; ultimately, he has become far too accustomed to living the hard life. He once went to an amusement park, and was concerned about how much they were spending on the lighting.

To try and return to his high life, with a very disturbing level of greed, he looked toward a prestigious high school. He tried a number of... scholarships, but only received one. He was ecstatic to get in one to match his pedigree. The very best! he thought. His grades were good, but not enough to impress other schools. It was after a very well written letter that he got in (they were a little questioning when they later found that it was made one toilet paper).

Except it wasn't a normal high school. It was a very special one: Shepard "All-Girls" Academy. The best he could find. He hid his... "masculinity," though he was already found wanting in a number of departments. He went under the odd name "Jaquelle." Nobody was the wiser... or were they?

Personality: Where do we start? Prideful, vain, yet with very low standards for the necessities. Her obsession with being considered "of the upper class" is countered by her newfound want for practicality. She is also overly curious about the world; she wants to explore like a detective, though she has become a fish so "in water" that she has somehow begun to walk on ground. She is generally nice, though she has difficulty making friends, due to her vaingloriousness, and her attempt to hide the fact she is impoverished. In the end, she has a newbie air to her, not yet found a clique, with some innocence in her odd eccentricities. She has very little room for love, lest somebody tries and break barriers... and genders.
