NOTING that Haven has hidden behind a secret password for a long time,

APPALLED that access to the region is being restricted by a tyrannical delegate, who is unaccountable to the region and The World Assembly if allowed to hide behind the password,

REALISING that regions have a right to self-determination but The Security Council has the duty to "disseminate inter-regional peace and goodwill, by force if necessary" and so a Liberation must be put in place.

CONCERNED that the region Haven could die a slow death if the current delegate is not prevented from passwording the region,

HEREBY Liberates Haven.

As a havenite who is a non-WA member I wish to inform the World Assembly that Haven is mainly a roleplaying region however due to the drastic decrease in the quality of International Incidents we mainly keep to our regional boards. I don't think anyone participated in the invasion/defend aspect of the game, at least not to my memory. This seems to be abuse of the liberate feature.

As glorious delegate from the glorious region of Haven to the decadent and tyrannical World Assembly, I protest this measure which seems to serve no purpose whatsoever other than to feed the imperialist fetish of Oh my Days.

No sort of complaint has been levied towards either the region or is glorious leadership, the only things laid at her feet is the tribute from decadent revisionists and the heads of jaywalking capitalists.

Although not from Haven (although I know many havenites), I agree with the above sentiments, this is a gross misuse of the Liberate Function.

The ambassador then unzipped his pants.

The ambassador from Mirnect stood up to speak. However, he was then engulfed in a rage of hysterical laughter at Oh my Days.

The ambassador from Oh My Days challenges the ambassador from Franberry to show how Oh My Days is acting in a tyrannical manner over this proposal, Franberry's constant remarks about shooting other ambassadors show a much more dangerous side.

Although not in the WA, a Chevrokian representative who had been hastily dispatched to the meeting finally decided to speak up, "I find it quite ironic that a nation who practices National Socialism would complain about supposed tyranny in other regions," he said, then ending his brief statement with, "Sic semper tyrannis."

Silly. You're effectively saying that all passwords are bad - ironic considering your region was involved in the invasion of Land of the Liberals, which resulted in that region being passworded.

While not a member of the WA, there just so happen to be a Cepheian nearby who overheard the happenings within the WA's halls. Walking in without permission said Cepheian placed a stand in the middle of the assembly and placed a poster covered by a cloth on it.

"This proposal will never past and if Mu Cephei must join the WA and the just revolutionaries to stop its passing so be it," the Cepheian stated proudly.

"The very nature of this proposal does demand a classic though," the Cepheian removes the cloth to reveal...
